I am an Uber driver, renting a car for over two months with Buggy car rental, and they are charging me for tolls that I am already paying through the SunPass. *** asked to speak to a manager to adjust the tools because they disable my car, despite of me, paying my weekly rental charge, no manager has reached out to me. I was told to send evidence and pictures and I did that I am paying my tolls through SunPass account and no one has reached out to me. *** reached out to them more than nine times requesting for this issue to be resolved for the car, wont continue to get disabled every week and no one has adjusted this account . They keep charging me on top of the tools that I am paying through my SunPass account and no one has helped me at all. I think its unfair to have to pay $367 and add money to my SunPass account to go through tolls and then have to pay them an extra amount for tolls when thats not whats in the contract stipulated I have contacted them several times more than nine times and nothing has been done for me. No manager has reached out to me yet even after I sent them the pictures with the proof of the tolls that I have paid to SunPass in ******* ******* when I call the billing department always tells me they cant handle that the manager has to reach out to me.
