  I am a resident of Old Mill Basin I resided at the address above. I called 311, multiple times they have my information regarding abandon vehicle's at my location. ******** have came around marking the vehicle's they are aware of the abandon cars. My neighborhood have also complaint to the city. I have spoken to the owner of LS Auto Clinic ***** My neighbors and myself have told him countless of time it is impossible for us to park in from of our houses. Our location has no alternate side of the street parking. This is where the auto shop comes in he abandoned the cars for weeks, months, until someone calls. He has taken advantage of the elderly and working class. We own houses and pay our taxes. LS should be responsible for taken care of there business else where not on our taxes paying of property. He is in violation and I would like you to look into this matter regarding the illegal, abandoning of cars in front of our homes. We the community would like to have these auto shop in our neighborhood inspected and closely looked into regarding these matters. We the community would like to resolve this issue. It is unfair practice to take advantage of people who live in these house. I am also concerned about the value of our property decreasing due to the neglects and disrespect for the people of our community. The most affect neighborhood is from *****, O, and ***************, from ********* Up to 53st. If the BBB would just come around and see what is happening then you will see the issue that is affecting the community. All my information is regarding 311 are under my email with multiple SR number in the *** data bank, Also you will see the many calls we have put into ************************ on 52nd 51st, and ************.   HELLO, i received email with complaint ,,repair issues,,i understood, all it was written, i know this guy personnally, i know where he lives, he dont want anybody not just my customer or my personal vehicles to be parked in his view, plus there is 4 shops in my block, anybody can park on the street and no parking guarranty is going to be in front of his place , he is not even home owner there, especially with eviction notice he is in, speaking of the issue , yes i had some cars parked for a time i have to wait for parts or owner come to take a vehicle,i had done numerius things to my neighbors for free to build good reputation, but as you know when person feel miserable they looking for bad,as many times this guy asked me for help with his vehicle or his dauther vehicle i never say no, i have all my licences up to date, i live in the neigborhood, i am taxpayer as well, so if you feel you have to downgrade my reputation with ,,******,, voice you can do that,i am with BBB,because i earned that after been in business for 25 years,thank you for undersanding, we live in NY, i personally many times was looking for parking ,i did not complained, its a life, i found time to explain, i hope it will help, he has my number as well , i will gladly help him if he ask
