I give this company a 1 star because I cant give any less. I ask for a quote to ship my travel trailer i didnt sign any agreement they posted it on the drivers bid board I had a hard time to reach them to cancel and get it off the drivers board .They finally took it off but the next day it was put back on when I called and got to talk to a dispatcher he was rude . He cussed me out with foul language .I then call the agent and sent him a dated screenshot of my travel trailer information on the drivers board he said theres no way it was on the board and he deleted all my information .but right after I got off the phone my Broker texted me they just took it back off

I used this company to ship my car from GA to CA. Not only did they have the best rate out of any other company, but the customer service was excellent. ******** helped me get everything set up within a day and followed up with all the info I needed. She even checked in after my car was delivered to make sure everything went as planned. My driver, ***** was excellent as well and had my car delivered a day earlier than expected. He was very communicative as well and provided me with updates throughout the trip. This is my second time shipping my car across the country and I couldnt have asked for better service.

This company takes deposits with no intention of providing the service they promise then refuse to refund your deposit. If a copany is offering low prices there's probably a good reason. Stay away from this company. You will be undoubtedly be dissapointed.

I was sent a quote, from this company, when I was looking for a company to transport my vehicle from *******, ***** to ***************, *******. I was quoted one price, which was changed upon contacting the company. I accepted the price because I notified the company that the vehicle wasn't running and figured I would chalk the price change-up to that. They gave me an open date for pick-up, and I didn't complain. When they finally arrived, the driver requested 150 dollars more and dispatch wanted 200 dollars more because the can wasn't running. Keep in mind they know the vehicle wasn't running prior to pick-up. We agreed to an additional 100 dollars more and the vehicle was on its way. I was given stories of the truck being broken into among other things the driver was telling me from the moment the car was picked up. The time of arrival kept changing and I still didn't complain. Upon arrived, the things in the vehicle had been moved. I mentioned it and the driver admitted to moving the thing in the vehicle. I didn't complain. When I started unpacking the vehicle, I realized my laptop, which was in the back of the vehicle was broken and my toaster oven. I contacted dispatch at this point and he told me it was my responsibility to secure my items, their insurance only overs the Vehicle damage and eventually stopped responding. That was my work laptop and now I cannot use it. I dont care about the toaster oven, but my laptop is very important.
