I went on goldbelly to buy a birthday cake for my bday.i found the ********* bakery and bought a cake for them to ship to me in az where I live.it was a cassava al for no cake that was ***** dollors.when it was delivered I noticed only one peace of dry ice and was not solid cake was not cold I put it in freezer and in a couple of days but in in my refrigerater.when a cut it open it had mold on it so I had to toss the whole cake in garbage.would like a full refund of *****.do not want to buy from that bakery or goldbelly againBusiness response

First let me tell you how sorry i am for this mishap!
I WILL BE HAPPY TO GIVE THE CUSTOMER A FULL REFUND, (that is our Policy)
We collaborate with goldbelly, Orders are taken by them. they do the billing, shipping etc etc...) ALL TRANSACTION ARE DONE THRU GOLDBELLY. Payment was done thru goldbelly as well
CUSTOMER NEEDS TO CALL GOLDBELLY FOR A FULL REFUND,
GOLDBELLY WILL DEBIT MY ACCOUNT FOR the refund
