            This was done on April 6,2021. The cost was 340.00 plus a 40.00 tip. They were to re-glaze my tub which is supposed to be guaranteed for three years according to the receipt. It is not even six months and the tub is peeling and the glaze on the bottom of the tub is wearing off. After numerous calls and emails he stated that he would send someone to touch it up. Clearly, it was obvious to me and the porter of my building who came to validate that the job was done wrong and that I was correct in asking this company to refund my money for the miserable job they did in the first place. I have copies of all the emails and messages including photos I sent to this company and also to validate my claim. The man accused me of deliberately scratching my tub so that they would redo it for free. I told him that he was violating my character and he said, "I do not want to know your character. At this point, I want the money refunded so that I can have it done by another company.
