Bought generator battery online at *********** Saved a lot on a battery that cost 42. It was dead 6 months later. Read their return policy. There is no point since shipping would almost equal its value with no guarantee they will do anything.

My business has purchased two batteries that seemed to work flawlessly.. They came fully charged.. I have them in a floor machine.. I used the machine twice and machine was reading fully charged..I was running machine and it abruptly stopped.. Tested both batteries one was dead.. Contacted customer support which said that they would refund me for the battery.. I purchased another one until they received the defective battery for testing.. Mighty *********** stopped responding to any of my emails.. The battery never even had the chance to be charged..

My wife and I purchased over a thousand dollars worth of the gel series batteries, all four have failed. Batteries were purchased thru ****** and since mighty *** will not stand up to there warranty ****** is replacing the batteries with something more dependabke. I will never recommend mighty max battery, under no circumstances;

Excellent Batteries. I have used a number of different sizes and capacitates over the years. On one recent case, I had a set of batteries (12V 9Ah) in service for >8 Years before they dropped <75%. I ordered replacement batteries. However due to damage in shipping they were leaking. Upon contacting customer service they immediately shipped out replacements at no charge and I have dropped off the bad leaking batteries at a local battery recycling place (in sealed plastic bags with the batteries wrapped in absorbent pads for safety). Excellent customer service and batteries!

VERY disappointed with this company. Batteries began dying very rapidly after almost 8 months of use. Advance auto zone did a battery test, results verified the batteries were bad and need to be replaced. I have been in communication with customer service for 3 months now, who have actually been helpful- or so it seemed. Long story short, they are NOT able to honor their warranty. The replacements i received were incorrect, so i returned them and they informed me that the manufacturer made an error in the casing and they were waiting on the correct batteries to be sent to them. The date for their expected arrival keeps getting delayed and mighty *** has no clue why. I can no longer keep my employment on 2-3 hours *** of working batteries. This has been a severe hindrance on my everyday living activities. I informed them of this and that if they cannot provide replacements in a timely manner, a refund should be provided so that i can get them from a different retailer. I was told they are working on a remedy. Now almost 2 weeks later, no more replies to my emails. If you cannot honor your warranty, you should not be selling the product. I spent over $300 on batteries to not last even a year and i now have to spend another $400 at a different retailer.
