I had two horrible Brazilian experiences at European Wax center in ************ with a specific waxer. The first time I reported it to the company, rating her a 1 and asking never to be placed with her again. For the next time, I specifically booked with someone else but was placed with the same woman. The first service was clear she was not experienced and unprofessional. Wax removal was painful and not well done. There was hair remaining and wax still on my body when I left. She kept looking at herself in the mirror and was being very slow with the process which made me uncomfortable as though she was nervous or inexperienced. After this, I was asked how it went and gave my review, asking to never be placed with her again. The next time I was placed with her, I was so shocked I didn't know what to do. It's a small store and I'm not the type to make a scene. Immediately, this waxer noticed my skin irritation, blaming it on my own doing, going on and on rather than completing my service. I asked her to move on and again, the wax removal was poor. She claimed that she couldn't remove certain areas of hair due to irritation and that she had already gone over those areas "multiple times" - which I can feel that she had not as I've been getting waxed for 10 years. She could tell I was getting frustrated and refused to complete my service. I went over to ******* crying, where the women there consoled me, were appalled at the state of my ******, iced it for 10 minutes, and then completed my service without any issue. Making it extremely clear that the other waxer was the problem. I have a wax pass with EW where I pay for x amount of services at a discounted rate. I have requested a refund due to the horrible experiences but they are refusing to refund me. I am traumatized and will absolutely not be going back and would really appreciate your help in refunding me the remaining balance of the wax pass.
