            My wife went to your business in ***********, ** on 12/3 and the waxing went well. However, the issue came up that we were booked at *********** and *******. When my wife stated to the owner that it was a mistake, the owner became rude and threatening to my wife. They demanded a payment card from her even though they have my CC on file to pay for her services. In addition, they did not wax her face and they were rude when my wife asked for a refund for the face portion of the waxing that they did not do. We had a poor experience as a result, not from the service but from the owner/manager of the location. As a matter of principle and the fact of the rudeness of the owner/manager, we request a full refund for all services rendered from today's visit. I will also file a compliant with the BBB of ** for an investigation in this matter.
