Some of The many experiences as a small business is that one gets kicked to the curve by this accounting firm claiming to have the best interest in mind for their many small businesses, One of the accountants goes by the name **** lied about completing my yearly WC audit then when asked about it, as the policy was about to cancel for audit incompletion for the previous year and policy was cancel by the insurance company for he could not come up with completed documents, but claim yes he did this and he completed the other and he definitely did complete the audit but perhaps the electricity went or his computer was not working, then would have the audacity to say oh he will recommend another insurance company for my Workers comp Insurance. On top of his unethical behaviour towards me. he made very condescending remarks, as my last name is Asian and my legal address is in ******** **, he commented one day in conversation "oh stay away from ******** Asians are getting beat up ". I then said to him but I am African American but look Hapanic he then replied well that is worst", I don't know what to think of this very shocking and confusing of his behaviour. Things started revealing of potential harm that can occur as his response to an employee that resign on his own accord and sent in resignation paper, then employee filed for unemployment and got it without my knowing, only for this accountant to say oh just let them have the unemployment, only to realize that this accountant and ex-employee know each other. In the interim, my payroll company pointed the finger at the accountant and this accountant when I called for an explanation he left a message with his assistant to tell me he has the Chinese virus and it been weeks and he still recovering as she claimed but I can clearly hear him in the background telling her what to say sounding very much like its just another day for him!
