      May 31st placed Order #******, $72.77 including tax and shipping. The order was supposed to be for a brand new pair of ******* Galaxy earbuds. What I received was not at all new, not in original packaging, the item did not keep a charge at all. I notified them I wanted to do a return for a new item and not a refurbished one. All they ever responded was that the item was 100% original. I never claimed the item was fake, I just stated it was not a new pair as stated on their website and that I would like to exchange for a brand new unopened set or return the item if they were unable to provide it. After their lackluster response they ignored every email after that and refused to let me return the item at all. They can have back their headphones that don't work. I just want my money back as this company is not reputable and should not be able to continue with their terrible support and lying about the state that their products are in.

      Purchased a JBL Flip 2 from this so called business back in June 2023. At first, they did not ship the package out to my address. They shipped the package to another address that is literally next door to their business address. Theres no way to contact them. Theres a fake number they provided which doesnt even work. I sent them a well deserved email about them being scammers & opened a dispute with my credit card company. Of course thats when they decided to ship out to my actual address (after receiving that email & the dispute that I filed with my credit card). Instead of receiving a brand new JBL Flip 2 speaker, I received a damaged / defective counterfeit item with blemishes, discoloration, scuffs, scratches & stains all over it. Not only was it not brand new but it was a knockoff replica speaker. I highly advise everyone to do their research when purchasing ANYTHING from an unknown company that is not the actual business / company of the product theyre buying. Whether its a third party seller or whatever, if its not an authorized retailer such as **** **** ***********, ************* etc. Be sure to do your research in order to prevent yourself from getting scammed by a company like this. Also, if you look up their address its not even a business. It looks like a residential address. I paid over $115 for a fake counterfeit item thats damaged. I opened another dispute with my bank. Now, Im leaving reviews on all platforms & will be making a complaint with EACH & EVERY agency via phone + complaint boards on websites such as The Better Business Bureau. Im also reporting this fake business to local authorities for them to investigate each & every crooked involved.

      Merchant continuously sends the same response to everyone who has made a complaint on behalf of their fraudulent business which sells counterfeit products. 

      your products are nowhere near original, not even 0.5% so stop lying to everyone that you sell authentic products when in reality you dont. The ratings & reviews on this platform & others such as Yelp + others proves my point.

       

      This fraudelent company has 1 star ratings & reviews from everyone for obvious reasons. You dont sell authentic electronics. They are all counterfeit knockoffs just like your business. 

      The transaction is from 9 months ago. Learn how to count. The order was placed on June 25th & the product wasnt received until mid July because the first package was shipped to your own business address, remember? Theres email communications as proof.

      The reviews I have left on other platforms are from months ago. This BBB complaint is being addressed 9 months later because your business has been reported to the local authorities for investigation. Cant wait to see what happens when you try to lie to the Feds that you sell originals lol.

      You, your company & all others involved are frauds, scammers & thieves. But dont worry because it wont be lasting for much longer. Ive shut down plenty of businesses & yours is next up! Lmao

      I purchased a Bluetooth Headset for almost $100. It arrived yesterday and as I tried to turn it on or connect it to my phone, it was not turning on. The headset seems used as it came in a plastic bag (no box or manual). This is so disappointing especially for the price. On the website, there are no details about how to report this or where to return it so I can get my money back. Please let me know my return/refund options ASAP. My order number is ******. Below, I attached the order invoice and pictures on how the headset arrived.

      The date of purchase was a week before April 01, 2023, I purchase order number ******. I purchased a Fitbit Blaze Smart Fitness Watch Large, Black, and Silver ( ITEM #FB502SBKL). I received a Fitbit watch and it was all-black. The package the Fitbit was in was the correct Fitbit watch but it had an all-black watch. I reached out to your company several times after I received the Fitbit watch asking someone to please reach out to me about this mistake. No one from your company reached out to me. Therefore, your return policy should be null at this point. Please refund my money and sent me a prepaid postal so I can return the watch. I do not want to purchase anything from this company because of the way your company treats their customer. I noticed on the side of the box it has ***********with a silver around the base of the watch. Looks like they put a watch in plastic wrap and bubble and put in an extra band in a different color and mailed to me expecting me to settle for it.

      On 4/12/2023 I purchased a ******* EP-P5200 Wireless Charger Duo Pad Fast Charge 2.0 - Black from this company. I received an initial order confirmation the same day via email. after 5 days of nothing on 4/17/23 @ 9:01 AM I sent an email to the company to cancel the order. At 12:36 PM I received an email back stating that the item had been shipped and was given a tracking number which when I looked up said the label had been created but **** was still waiting for the item. Continued to check the tracking status and on 4/20/23 the **** website still said label created and waiting for item. I did receive the package on 4/21/23 @ 12:46 PM in my mailbox. When I retrieved the item from the mailbox I could tell it wasn't in any kind of box just thrown into the **** shipping bag. I did not open the bag and wrote Refused on the outside and returned to **** on Monday 4/24/23 to send back to the business. They received the package back on 5/2/23 per the tracking sheet I had printed by the ****. It is now 5/15/23 and I am haven't seen any kind of refund on my credit card.

      all orders are immediately processed upon receipt. we are unable to cancel the order once the order is placed since orders are immediately shipped. package was delivered in time to the address you requested on the order. no rma number was issued on this order. all returns require rma prior to returning merchandise.

      I placed and order with eSureBuy.com on 18 Mar 2023 for a data cable for HTC **** for $13.90. On 20 Mar 2023 I emailed to cancel the order. The tracking information states order ****** Label has been printed and is waiting for pickup. Mar 23 I re-email to cancel the order and credit my $13.90 back to my **** card. Mar 23 2023 still states Pre-Shipment Shipping Labe ******** **** Awaiting Item. I have yet to receive a rely to my emails.

      Jan 24rd2023 Order two plantronic headsets, paid ahead of time with chg card, received product third or fourth of February in the mail, in baggies no packaging no instructions nothing. product was defective . I attempted to contact seller to no prevail, only had email ******************************* for ******************* to work with. Took days for reply, would not issue a refund or an RMA to return, gave me thru email, an a number for plantronic of ************* asuring that it had a year warranty. everything communicated through email would not give phone number. stating that it had a year warranty and they would resolve the situation. in calling and contacting them a **************** being the manager indicating that the company was not a distributor so therefore they Plantronics @ ****************, could not confirm purchase and could not honor warranty suggested I file a complaint with better Business bureau. Would be happy to give me other distributors to purchase the product . The product cost me $256 purchased through a charge card this is crazy please help. *** ********** ***********************

      I Can send u email from him.  No means to return product or understanding of refund sent after. Post says you can not reuse shipping envolope or postage.  Very shady will not call on phone to clairfy or  resolve ). after.  Paid full in good faith to him. Defective product recieved. This is not normal business protocol requesting complete refund and product will return to supplier once refund and RMA envelope etc sent to me to do so like a normal company would do thank you  coming up on on an month of them having my money in good faith  from me.

      Not true, product was  return and tracking shows received.  i paid for shipping, no rma label ever sent to me.. i followed
      ************ post office requiresments and advice. 
      Can not refuse and open package,.and mail it back  no one will do that, its false info given.  incorrect info give by seller ***** *** ***, *******************************. **** refuses to speak on phone. It's been over a month.  Only communicate thru email once a week. No way to do business i learnby ****** if i cant walk in and buy it i won't. .  No refund done as of yet .recd defective not working plantronic  state he's not a rep of thier..   should not be in business  buyers beware.

      They sent me a Plantronics earpiece not packaged by Plantronics. I have paired many Plantronics headset, for I have worn them for over 20 years. This unit is junk. There is no other way to say it. I called Plantronics and they said the unit has no warranty because it is old. I just received it 10 days ago!! This is a scam business. Beware. All I asked for is for them to replace it. I must admit when it came in a Ziploc baggie. I had a bad feeling. Please BBB do something about this.

I contacted the company and they sent me and email and product number to ship back to company.
