I began to have problems with the website to log in for services. I contacted the company ************************** and I tried to reach the Carribean American Chamber of Commerce office. I tried to get resolution to get the services listed in my attachment. I did not get the services and I continued to experience log in issues and as well when I contact the office phone number ************. I was locked out of reaching the office when I call, the phone disconnects on its own and noone picks up. I can't even leave a message. I emailed the office using the website contact us page and asked for a refund and I have not received a response. I have emails made to the *************************** who is listed at the ***** website as a ***** of ******************************************************************************** associated with *****. ************************** email and phone number is ************************Customer response
