I ordered partially custom tall field boots from *********************************** U.S. distributor in February 2022. I paid $746.92 plus an additional $150 for a leather upgrade for The Rustic Ascot color. The boots were supposed to arrive in 12 weeks. After many emails and texts I received black dressage boots made with a cheaper leather. The whole boot is not leather. Company is not returning my emails or making their error right.Customer response

This company is also ************************ 12/23/21 I purchased two pairs of custom equestrian boots. I was told 12 weeks they would be done. At 12 weeks they had not been started. Gave them time due to the pandemic. May I request an update and told 6-8 more weeks. ****** requested a refund and told they were having issues and then told they dont have my order and tough luck I wont be getting a refund nor my boots. This company has been doing this to many people and continues to do so.Customer response

************************* took our money and did not deliver the product we ordered. And he refuses to give back the money. Upon calling the company he is a contractor for *******************************, he never paid for the original boot order for the boots to be made. Nor did the company have record of the order or of us. The company (***** and ******) agreed that he was scamming and taking money from customers and not making the orders. They told me last week by phone that they fired him as a contractor and not working with him anymore. But if we need to get refunds that we need them from ******. He refuses to give anyone the money back. Several people from my barn were swindled by ****** with no money and no boots.He purposes give very scant receipts, not descriptions. He tells people he is sick, on vacation, the mother company is not answering him, Covid delays, material delays, etc. He drags it out until so much time has passed that credit card companies are reluctant to give refunds. He plays a back and forth blame game with the mother company in *****. If you post about this situation online he harasses you by text, social media and email. Other reps for the company (*******, ******, ********* have come forward and said that they have warned the company about him. There are so many victims to his scam. Take the money, never order the boots. Please see the only receipt given.Initial Complaint

I purchased a pair of equestrian boots from Damien * the represenative from ******************************* . He took measurements and placed the order .He claimed he ran out of receipts and that my credit card charge would suffice as proof of payment . He also sold boots to 5 other people at my stables . It has been 7 months now and none of us has received our boots . When I contacted ******************************* * they had no way of identifying which boots were mine . They did acknowledge that something was wrong but would not committ to a shipping date for my boots . Research on my part revealed they have attempted the same thing with many other customers . At this point * I would like my money refunded .They are obviously a fraudulent company . They attempted to blame it on the sales *************** do to numerous other complaints against them * it is obvious they are stealing money from customers .
