      On 12/10/2022 I was contacted via text message by the dental office in an unprofessional manner. After receiving the message I called the office asking who sent the text to me. ********************* the Dr/***** replied to me that he doesnt have to wipe my *** to get me to come to and appointment and verbally threatened to use my social security number to place me into collections for the cancellation fee they charge for unkept appointments. He continued to harass and bully me via text messages and even went so far as to call me dumb for involving the police. I later discovered this man has been legally charged in federal court for Insurance Fraud twice. How this business is still in service I will never understand. The reviews on public display paint a clear picture and I only wish I wouldve read them sooner so I wouldve never booked in the first place.This office needs to be shut down and investigated for fraud claims and terrible patient care. His employees even complained which I have proof of in video that they havent been paid after working two full weeks. He collects money for procedures he doesnt do or hasnt completed etc. This man is a complete fraud and a sham to dental business. This place needs to be shut down!

      This patient scheduled time at our office, and the dr put aside an hr for the appointment.  The drs time was wasted.  when we called this patient was rude as we explained the drs time and she said she expects to be reminded of her appointment.  Then she said we woke her up and she hung up.  

      There is not much courtesy in society nowadays.  We clearly tell patients the time is reserved and they will be charged for a missed appointment prior to their getting the appointment. She was rude and we have put her into collection.  We pay 2 assistants and a receptionist to be there when a patient comes in, we cannot have everyone's time wasted.

      This office is a complete disgrace the business world of dentistry. I worked for an office that referred hundreds of patients to this disgusting human that calls himself a Doctor. I made my appointment over the phone with them for myself and my kids. I was never told there is and fees of any kind. I was told by his receptionist that I would get a reminder call for our appointments and to confirm if our Insurnace is accepted. I NEVER received a call confirming any of this information. After receiving 6 missed calls at 10AM and getting a text that was completely unprofessional and called the number back asking who sent this message to my phone. ************************ claimed responsibility for sending this heinous type of message to me. I asked him how does he think its okay to speak to people the way he spoke to me and in the 15 years Ive been a manager *** never handled a BRAND NEW PATIENT like this. His response to that is he does not have to wipe my a** to get me to come to an appointment and when I said  excuse me he said your social is on file and youll be put into collections and hung up the phone. 

      I followed up with a text to the same number and he continued to be a disgusting PIG when he replied and I followed up with the office. I also have video evidence of me having my social security number removed from his computer database Dentrix which I work very well with. Once your information is deleted it is not able to be recovered. This means that this man has VIOLATED HIPPA LAW by taking a photo or writing down my persona and private information and has used this without any written consent from me that my personal information is allowed to be used and has placed me into collections. 

      after careful research its been found that ************************ has been charged with Insurnace fraud on two different occasions and he has pleased guilty to these claims. This is public information and based on the Yelp and ****** reviews this office needs to be shut down immediately. I am working diligently with my lawyer in this matter as this is an outrageous lawsuit that I am indeed moving forward with. 

      This man thinks I am another one of those people who leave a review and kick and scream and disappear. Well sad news in the last days of ****** Town Dental Spa, but its game over ***. I also am aware that this man has threatened people who bring the police around by announcing his son is a police officer etc etc. I do not care who this man thinks can help him. I have been violated as a patient, my information has been used illegally and without any consent. He has my personal information which can be used by him to compromise my identity and I *** fear for my safety and security because this man does not follow the law or proper patient practices.

       

      I also have video evidence and employee statements that two brand new associates who work for him have been working there for over 3 weeks and have not been paid. 1 persons mother was charged for a procedure that the doctor *** refuses to do and yet wont refund the patient because of his time.

      ************************ is a criminal at best and a con-artist at his worst *** that Ive received this response and this letter it has given the foundation needed to support the claim and pending lawsuit. 

      The only resolution to this will *** be a full expunge of our records, a police investigation into his storage of patients personal information and removal from collections. 

      THIS WILL BE HANDLED LEGALLY. :)

      I went into this office about 4 years ago to receive dental treatment. I later received a **** from my insurance which showed that I was charged for work that I did not receive from the office. After a long dispute with my insurance company we figured out that the dentist office committed insurance fraud assuming I would not notice. I was called into the office by the (then manager at the time) ******* to fix this issue. He offered to do the work that was already charged on my account. Fast forward over 4 years later and I am now being sent to collections for almost $2000 in charges by this office stating that I owe them money. Ive tried to call them on numerous attempts to rectify the issue but they argue with me on the phone, hangs up on me and then dose not pick up when I call back. This level of disrespect and unprofessionalism is not ok. Please help.

      On September 20, 2020, i went to the dental spa after booking them via ZocDoc for an annual cleaning. prior to arriving, i was told that they verified that my insurance was in network. i went through the standard cleaning and left. on 11/9/2021 i received an invoice stating i scheduled an appointment on 9/21/2021 and i owed them $2,357.00. i decided to call the dentist office to inquire on the ****. i spoke to a gentleman who would not disclose his name. upon questioning why am i now receiving an invoice over a year later for a cleaning and being charged an absurd amount of money, he replied that they kept reaching out the insurance company and they were rejected and the reason why it was rejected is because my employer didn't pay their premium. That was not the case, I explained that it was impossible for that to be the case and ***** never sent me a notice rejecting my claim. he then replied "well you got your teeth clean right? so pay us so i dont have to put you collections. i became upset as you cannot put someone in claims if they were unaware they owed a billed especially one thats covered.i hung up the phone then was cursed out via text message by the receptionist/dentist assistant. i called ***** to investigate. i spoke to ******** who gave me a reference number ****. Turns out they were flagged as fraud for multiple reasons. they put in multiple claims that i visited their office multiple times. in addition they provided the wrong tax id number. when they were asked to provide the correct one- it turned out i was out of network. when i told the rep i was getting cursed out by the dentist office. she called the dentist office to remediate the issue, the same receptionist/dentist assistant answered and told her "im not telling you anything, i gave you the information and we are putting her in collections" then hung up on her. i really would like this **** to be removed i should not be held responsible for this.
