I think BBB should do some investigation into this company. There are numerous complaints and there is also a ******** fraud problem. Isn't consumer help the point of this organization?Review from Carol B

Just received my ******** Summary Statement and see charges totaling almost $4,000 for fraudulent uninary catheters, ordered thru G&I Ortho Supply. I never ordered these and don't need them! Put these crooks in jail!Review from Karen K

G&I billed ******** about $10,000 to ******** for catheters -- never have needed, never were prescribed, never were received. ******** processed these for payment. I notified ******** Fraud. Latest on internet sts over 2 billion in fraudulent claim payments from G& I as well as Royce ******* who also used same scam. Why are they still in business??Review from Deborah D

Put these crooks in jail with their urinary catheters inserted! My story is the same as those below. Billed $11,940 from June 2023-November 2023, each month for 200 Intermittent catheter with insertion supplies. I don't need a catheter and never received. ******** paid $11,160. I am reporting the fraud to ******** & my Medigap insurer.Review from Mary T

G&I Ortho Supply *** ate out and out crooks! Fraudsters! There have been scores of people complaining that they are billing ******** for intermittent urinary catheters when we have never ordered them, never use them, and dont even know the Doctor who allegedly prescribed them. Reported this scam to ******** as fraud, but ******** is paying out $1,000s and $1,000 of dollars to these thieves. why is this company allowed to stay in business, and how did they get a hold of our ******** #??Review from David T

Just received ******** Summary Notice today for 200 intermittent urinary catheter for the months of May, June, July, August, September and October totaling $11,940. ******** paid $6830.22 for something I know nothing about. This company sent ******** a bill for two days totaling $3980 for catheters which I did not order, need or receive. They are fraudulently trying to get money out of ******** and my supplemental insurance. This is the second time in six months that this has happened and ******** has paid. I reported the first to the fraud ******** of ********, but evidently it was not investigated, as I just received a bill from ******** for a second round that was paid.This needs to be stopped. This is fraud and needs to be stopped. It is no wonder ******** is running out of money. Someone needs to stop this!Review from greg s

Same thing happened to me. Billed ******** for $2,364 for catheters I don't use and never received. Reported it to ******** fraud. They also tried to bill my supplemental plan. ******** paid them $1800.09. Absolute fraud.Review from Don S

I was billed $3800 for something. I have never had anything to do with this company or its products. Unfortunately, ******** paid $2627.96 of this fraudulent bill.
