This claim is for the Williams Worldwide shipping located at *************************************************. they have more than one location. On April 28th, 2022, Williams shipping company picked up two barrels and one box being shipped to ********. On April 30th, 2022, Williams shipping company picked up one barrel being shipped to ********. Totaling four pieces. They insured me all pieces would leave on the same ship going to ********. On June 15th, 2022, I was notified to pick up my barrels and box from ******************* warehouse. upon arrival, only two barrels and one box were there for pickup. I was missing one barrel. The barrel that was picked up on 4/30/2022 dock receipt ****** did not arrive in ********. When I called to inquire about the barrel they could not tell me what happened someone would call me back. I have called on numerous occasions my daughter has called on numerous occasions with the same results. the manager is not here, and she will call you back. No one ever called back. Then on July 15th I was told my barrel was in ****** it was waiting for the next boat going to ********. They did not know when it would be leaving ****** but to call back. They stated the barrel had to be inspected before getting on the next available ship to ********. I continued to call with the same response they don't when the next ship would be leaving for ******** and the manager would call me back. Then on 1/4/2023 I was told the barrel left for ******** on 12/30/2022. On 2/2/2023 I called to find out when the barrel would arrive and was told I don't know. I will check and call you back. I had a family friend who travel to ****** in January 2023, she went to the shipping warehouse to check the status of my barrel on my behalf. She gave them my paperwork and they informed her that my barrel never came to ******. In the barrel were food and household items totaling $1800.00. I am requesting reimbursement for the items in the barrel along with the shipping fees.
