      I actually ordered a medium telfar acid shopping bag on june 8th 2024 and the delivery was for june 10th 2024 and now the bag went from ******** va which i am in va so it should have been delivered ,now the bag is all the way in ******* ** and customer service said because of an unforseen event the bag would be delayed. I will never order a bag from this company again because it just seems that they collect money and do not provide what you ordered in a decent amount of time.

      My bag was misdelivered by **** on 11/30/23 so I couldnt file a claim because it was originally shipped thru DHL eCommerce. I reached out to Telfar on 12/5/23 and was told I had to wait **** business days for it be considered lost.They reached back out to me almost 2wks later to fill out an affidavit.Filled it out and sent it back same day. They sent me another affidavit not keeping of track my first one. Finally responded to me on 12/25 requesting a delivery address for the replacement. Never responded after I sent it. I have sent 3 request as of today 12/29 and still no response. They were responding every 24hrs if that and now nothing. This has been the worst experience just with the customer service alone. I just want a replacement bag or my money back at this point.

      I purchased a handbag for over ****** around the month of May red patent vegan leather. I noticed the bag appears to have some discoloration and or ink on the bag I reached out to the company in reference. I wanted to know about cleaning the bag to remove. I rarely carry the purse being that it is not an everyday purse. I have worn it on occasion. I was told as a courtesy 40 percent to purchase another bag. However if you do not stand by your product I would be a fool to purchase another bag case in point the same thing should happen. The bag is useless and this point and cannot be worn properly with the issue that I informed the seller of.

      My order was placed on August 15, 2023, #*******. I received the order on August 24. The shoes were too wide. On August 26, I looked on the website for return instructions but could not locate them. Therefore, I sent an email stating I needed to return the shoes. **** replied on August 28, with a link to start the return process. The email stated items must be returned with a dust bag and tags. The slides did not arrive with a dust bag or tags. The shoes had one piece of wrinkled tissue paper covering both shoes. When I clicked on the Telfar Return Portal link, it said I would receive a $84.48 original payment method or a $93.25 store credit. I sent an email asking why the return shipping cost was more than the original shipping cost. The shipping cost should be the same both ways. I received a reply on August 30. The email stated that it does not cover return shipping. I do not expect the store to cover return shipping, I will pay return shipping. If they provide the ship to address and an RMA#.If you will, please provide your shipping address. So I can return slides and email you the tracking number. If the total order was $124.49 (****** shoes, ***** shipping, **** tax), $124.49 minus ***** original shipping cost, leave a refund balance of $10****, not $84.48 per the return portal.Kindest regards,*******************

      Purchased an UGG x TELFAR Medium Shopper Bag on February 8th, 2023. I got the bag on February 9th, 2023.The bag was not as described. The bag that I got is not the same color as the bag that was ADVERTISED on the website. I expected the exact same color that was advertised on the website. I tried contacting them but they won't give me a refund or do a return. I want my money back for this item because this is false advertisement and I wouldn't of bought this bag if i knew it was the color I got. I will be attaching two images: one image will be from their website (the image with the white background) and the other image is of the bag I got (the bag on the cardboard box). The bags are two different colors. In another image I'm sending, they even admitted to altering the actual color of the bag in order to make sales but they won't give refunds. That's false advertising for money.
