      On June 15, 2024, I paid Lugols Naturals $38.31 for a bottle of iodine and shipping. Order no. is #***************** The item has not shipped. The phone number provided for customer service is no longer in use. They have not responded to my emails.

      At this time, my complaint, ID ******** regarding Lugol's Originals has been resolved.

      They sent me a bottle of iodine about a month after I ordered it.

      I placed an order from Lugols Originals on their website at Lugolsnaturals.com on 5/16/2024 for ***** Order number #****-************ Apple Cash was deducted ***** 5/16/2024. I mistakenly pressed Apple Cash to purchase the iodine product offered by Lugols Originals. The payment was accepted and the amount of ***** was deducted from my Apple Cash account. Somehow they were able to deduct the account even though it is not listed as an accepted payment method. I called Apple Support 6/4/2024 to request assistance contacting the seller for assistance with a refund request and was informed they were unable to provide any assistance. I was informed that I would need to contact the seller to request return of ***** I then sent another email to ******************************* requesting the return of the refund amount of *****. My logged in account shows the order paid-fulfilled. Which is NOT fulfilled.I have not received the order as of today 6/6/2024. **** shipping number lookup has not been updated with any further information since the order was accepted by the business and payment deducted from my account from 5/******* AM, **** Tracking number ****************************** I have emailed ******************************* numerous times requesting my account be refunded or the product shipped as promised. No response has been received by email, phone call or updated shipping information on tools.usps.com using the Tracking number above. I am respectfully requesting your assistance in this matter for the refund of the amount of ***** After the non response from the business and a disconnected phone number, I began looking into the business reputation, and no longer trust the quality of the iodine solution as advertised. It appears as though Im not the first person to have similar issues with this company, of orders not shipping, and no response, creating the inability to communicate for a direct resolution between the customer and the seller.       I began a subscription with Lugols Originals Iodine solution at http:www.lugolsnaturals.com more than 3 months ago and after receiving the subscription decided to cancel the monthly shipments and end my agreement with them. My first attempt to cancel was emailed to them in Feb 2024 and today is May ***************************************************** speak to anyone on the phone. Their website says to contact them at ******************************* or to call ************ however both options go nowhere.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Lugol's Originals regarding complaint ID ********.  At this time I have successfully cancelled the account after digging and searching online and visiting a secondary subscription management site (but not before ANOTHER shipment arrived) Glad to be done with this company.

      I have canceled an automatic shipment that has been occurring since September 2023. Despite my requests, canceled transactions, and threatening legal action, they still continue to do so . I am locked out of my account and emailed them to reset my password and they responded they were unable to reset it. So they have my credit card and continue to charge it and I cannot get them to stop. This is outright fraud and I'm going to have to get a lawyer involved.

      Placed and order with Lugols Original and received an email stating I would receive my order on March 26th, I never received it. I was sent another email after March 26th stating that the package was on pre-shipment. I have never received the product, *** sent two emails and when trying to contact by phone the answering machine says that the mailbox is full. Order #**************** For $40.14

      On Feb. 8th, I placed an online order for Lugol's Iodine solution (5%). The cost of the order was $25.92 (including shipping and no tax) and was charged at the time the purchase was made. I received an email confirmation with notification that the order was to arrive on Feb. 13. On Feb. 13, I receive an other email that the order was shipping that day and a tracking number through ***** On Feb. 16, the tracking number still said 'awaiting shipment'. I tried contacting the company, first through phone and then via email. The phone number was 'no longer in service'. The email was not responded to by the company. After looking at the reviews on line for the company, I realized that I had been scammed. My order number is #****************. I want my money back. I wish I could send the 'contact us email' I snet but I used their direct contact on their website.

      I purchased a quantity of 4 (5% Lugols Iodine Solution Drops Thyroid Support Supplement 2oz) and only received 1. My order number is #****************. They are ***** a piece and I was charged for all 4. I sent them a picture of the envelope it shipped in that clearly could not contain a quantity of 4. They should have an inventory and also the postage they paid should reflect the weight of 1 item, not 4. It should be easy to verify their mistake. I have emailed them multiple times with no response Their phone number goes to a full mailbox. How can you resolve an issue with a company that does not respond to email, nor answer or listen to phone messages? All I want is the missing 3 bottles of Iodine I paid for. If they can not fill my order, than please refund me for the missing 3 bottles. I would greatly appreciate help in contacting this company so a resolution can be made.

      On July 27th 2023 I received an email from Lugol's Originals telling me the product I had ordered had been shipped. I was given the **** tracking number ******************************. I still have not received the package. I have tried to call them, email them, chat with them, and have never received an answer. I paid $40.84 for a product I don't think I will ever get. I would like my money back, and would like help with this. Thanks. *******************
