Purchased ************ Stand with Fireplace from Meble Furniture through Wayfair Nov 2022. Received 18 month DIRECTLY from Meble. The Heater component stopped working Dec 2023. Tried to contact Mebel by phone- impossible to speak to anyone. Customer is instructed to write email, which we did. We have never received a reply. We obtained a new phone number from BBB site, which we called on 12/27/23. I spoke to someone directly *************) He was able to find my account and promised to have someone call me back. I have still bit received a return call.Customer response

I hate writing bad reviews but this was a horrible experience. As a person who works in customer service, I know how important it is to not only provide good products, but also good service to your clients. ESPECIALLY when you make the mistake. I bought two items at once (big mistake) - a TV stand and a Sideboard. The sideboard is what we put together first, the instructions first off were in a different language and very difficult to understand. You had to create holes in wood! There weren't premade holes. We had to go out and buy a drill just to set this up. But not only that, the pieces came DAMAGED for the sideboard! Including the top piece.The TV stand now, literally was missing MAIN pieces! So here I am with a bunch of pieces in my living room for over a week now, because they won't overnight the parts I need. Let's hope that when they actually get here, they got everything I actually need and didn't miss pieces again. I asked to speak to a manager, and now they are ignoring my emails.Finally received the missing parts weeks later and it did NOT even include the items I requested that were missing. This entire company is a sham and fraud. So sad and disappointed, because I was very excited for my new pieces. Never again. I want a full refund for this product.Initial Complaint

I purchased a TV stand, received it broken, and it has been impossible to get it replaced. I have emailed them four times with pics and have called with no resolution. I want my $426.00 back.Initial Complaint

I purchased an entertainment center called, ****** ***, for over $899. It was delivered on Friday completely damaged. I have called and e-mailed them requesting a new one and I have not heard back from them. I am now requesting the entertainment center and at least half of the cost back.Customer response
