One star is too much for this terrible business, I purchased the **** 3 d console, the hinges would not hold the doors, the stick man drawings were so confusing, a thousand different parts, the piece torn like paper even before I got a chance to fully assemble it, difficult to sent their poorly made product as they have a thousand conditions before they will refund your money. Great customer service, they helped us with some confusion on the parts management and how to put pieces together. The nightstands are great and even better than the pictures. I appreciated their patience as I was very frustrated and sent some emotionally heightened emails, disregard the previous lot poor review as I left the prematurely before our issue was resolved! The customer service is very patient and helpful and we were very impressed!Review from Michelle A

Never got to actually build the nightstands. I had wrong parts in both nightstands. **************** was very responsive but somehow dont know how to ensure that the correct parts are sent. When they tried to replace the wrong parts they resent me the same wrong parts plus an additional wrong part that couldnt be far from wrong for the color and style of the nightstands I ordered. Like they are just blindly packaging and shipping random parts with no confirmation or communication. Will be trying to get a refund if they honor that. Not sure how this is a credible furniture company, the right hand doesnt know what the left one is doing. And I was very clear with what was wrong and what I needed and all the people involved couldnt seem to do the job correctly:Review from Ron T
