We are very satisfied with the customer service, the quality and the look of the Italian furniture. The delivery ******************* was excellent and he mounted the mirror on the dresser for us. We ordered 2 sets of cubicles from SohoMod in Nov 2023 and they arrived on March 1, 2024. We knew they would take a while to arrive because they were ordered from *****, and we also added on assembly, which was worth every *****! Once the order arrived at the warehouse, I got continued updates on when to expect the product. On delivery/assembly ******************** was extremely communicative and friendly. The quality of these products is phenomenal! The cubicle walls are thick. It would probably take a football team to knock it down! We are extremely satisfied with our product so far and excited to put it to good use!sohomod.com Response

Great experience. I was skeptical at first because i have never heard of them. I must say it was fantastic from start to finish. Ordering was seamless. The customer service was great really responsive. Delivery was on time the workers setup and cleaned up. Which i was not expecting. So that was a delightful. Service overall good. But beware of delivery scheduling. They will only provide you with one day's notice of a delivery for the next day. Their delivery schedule is not very flexible. Am still waiting for delivery date after placing the order almost two weeks ago. Currently being told that delivery cannot be made for at least another week and cannot fix a date or time.Review from DARIEL R

Ah... sohomod.com I finally bought my first home and looked everywhere for the furniture that would match my dreams. So I ******d the sofa and bedroom set (to start my dream house), and ****** led me to sohomod.I gave a chance to ************************** instead of ******* or ******, and to tell the truth, I am happy I did it that way. The sofa set is beautiful (much better in real life than in the picture), the bedroom set was on a slight backorder, but I had time to wait and received the entire order in one delivery. Delivery *************** was very professional and did his job quickly. I ordered Sofa and Bedroom set from the sohomod. This is my first time purchasing furniture online without seeing the product before. Both look beautiful. They kept me well informed about my order. ****** (delivery person) was very helpful on the delivery, he did his job (assembled the bedroom set) fast and with care. When I am ready to renovate my dining area, I'll get back to sohomod for sure.Review from Elizabeth T.

Ordered a whole bedroom set to receive two out of the four items damaged. One of the items were completely unusable because of the damage. When I emailed the claims department I was told that "it would be problematic to specifically exchange", and they would just refund me the amount for the damaged item. What I didn't know was that I would have to pay for another warranty on the new item, the same price for one item as it was for four, and same goes for shipping. This wouldn't have been an issue if they would have just issued an exchange. I will have to pay an extra $400 to replace the damaged piece. No accommodations. I've repeatedly asked them what the shipping insurance is for with no answer. Terrible customer service. Would not recommend.sohomod.com Response

Hello, The issue was entirely resolved, the customer got a full refund for the damaged item, and after the new order was placed, we did a full refund of the shipping cost and extended warranty cost. The customer did not pay any extra because of the damage from the shipping company. The damaged item was replaced, and the order was completed without any extra charges for the customer. We literally furnished our entire apartment from Sohomod (Living room, bedroom, dining room) and could not be more satisfied with the results. Staff is extremely helpful and a pleasure to deal with, deliveries are punctual and fast, and furniture is very high quality. Would definitely recommend it.
