Date- May 11th 2024 order was placed online.Order number ************1 was to be a Mother's Day gift that was supposed to be delivered ON MOTHERS DAY, May 12th, 2024. waited all day for the delivery and at 7:59pm EST received a call that the delivery driver could not find the address. Confirmed her location and she was at the incorrect address. I gave her the cross streets to the residence and then She proceeded to state that she could not deliver the arrangement. When I asked why, she stated that she had other deliveries to make. I have been trying to contact the store, corporate, and any other phone numbers I can find to no avail. I spoke to someone named **** who refused to give me the store managers name and even hung up on me. Come to find out that the delivery driver went to 300 block when the address it was to be delivered was a 500 block. all I want is my money back. IT RUINED MY MOTHERS DAY DUE TO THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.Initial Complaint

My name is *************************, I made an order on February 14th,23. I never received my item. I called the store to inform them and let them know I would like a refund. However, they told my that I will get my refund. This never happened. Every time I called is a back and forth. The manager never called me as how the employees promised. I contacted the cooperate office and no help as well. At the moment, I still haven't get my refund. Please look into this matter.Initial Complaint

On 2/14/23 I put in an order at this Edible Arrangements establishment for a friend for Valentines Day. The order was received but my friend never received the delivery. I tried on several occasions to track the order but it kept saying the work order was invalid. The next day I called the establishment and I left a message. No response. My friend did likewise. I made a purchase on February 13,2022 at edible arrangements for $77.66. It was scheduled for delivery in February 14,2022.At 9:42 I received an email stating that it was delivered in which it was not. I have tried to get in touch with the store and I heard nothing. I was contacted back in the dm on Instagram and was told someone would reach out to me in 24 hours. This was 6 days ago and I havent gotten a call back. The amount I paid for my purchase $103.79. The business was to provide a fruit basket for MOTHERS DAY that was not delivered on MOTHERS DAY . The nature of the dispute is I want my money back and I'm not satisfied with what happen. The business did not try to resolve they just stated it would be delivered .I had place the order two days in advance to be deliver on MOTHERS DAY!. I called the store at 5:00p, because my mom stated that she has not gotten any delivery the lady answer the phone and was RUDE when she answered the phone and stated that the delivery will be there in 30 minutes it is on the truck. So it is not until 9:04pm that I got and email stating that it was delivered . I call my mom and she check outside and there was no delivery so they lie it was not delivered . I called the store on Monday morning I tried calling the number and no one would answer the phone. I call about 30 times and no answer. I had to call another store and finally I got someone who tried to help me by calling the store and the store did not answer for them either. Finally, I had to call CORPORATE and they call the store and no answer finally around 1:30 pm is when the store called me back it had to take me calling CORPORATE for them to call me back is ashamed. the lady was very RUDE !!!!when I talk to her like I was bothering her which ****** me off and she kept telling me that they had over 600 orders for MOTHERS DAY that they had to delivery .Customer response
