      I purchased 2 custom knives from Chelsea Miller back in March of 2023. I mailed her my own personal rasps to use to construct these knives. The rasps had sentimental value to me. A check for $2,000 was cashed on March 7, 2023 which included an expedited service fee. Chelsea e-mailed me to let me know she received the rasps and that I could expect my knives in approx. 2 months. On May 4, 2023, Chelsea e-mailed me to let me know she had 1 knife completed and was finishing the second. I have heard nothing from her or any of her associates since that time. I have sent e-mails on June 15, 2023, July 28, 2023, Oct. 18, 2023, Jan. 11, 2024. I sent a snail mail and certified letter in April of this year. I've called and left messages on the telephone. And I have heard NOTHING. A refund of all monies if my knives were lost, a refund of at least the expedited fee, if the knives are still being produced....slowwwly. Please help me get a resolution to this matter.

      These are the two items, the material was peovoded by the client and I understand has sentimental value. I am able to finish them and ship them by July 11th. I do hope this will be acceptable.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me as long as we actually receive the knives in July of this year! I will then consider this matter as having been resolved.

      In Jan 2022, I ordered a knife from Chelsea Miller. The wait list was **** months. I paid $819.00 for the knife order #***. In Jan 2023, I contacted Chelsea about the status of my order, and she claimed she was working on it. I contacted here again in Feb, 2023 and she made excuses about being busy with a new business. In May 2023, after 17 months, I asked her for a refund. Again, I am met with excuses of lack of funds. She then claimed she had made the knife and would send it out. She never did. Now she refuses to respond to any requests. She has two other addresses listed for her businesses: Chelsea Miller Knives, ****************************************************; and *****************, ****************************************************, **************. Thank you in advance for any help.
