On January 20, 2024 I ordered 2 sets of glasses. The set of 6 arrived, but the set of 2 Rastal Teku Taster, never arrived.The set of 2 was $14 dollars, I was charged ***** shipping.I've tried emailing and chatting with the business, but no response.Order #***Customer response

I ordered and paid for eight glasses on February 6th but have not received them. The order totaled $78.34 and I immediately received an email confirmation (Order #***). The shipping address is a residence in Arlington, ********. The company website claims that orders received by 4 p.m. are shipped the same day. I placed my order on a weekday well before 4 p.m., but I've never received any shipping information and the website does not provide a means of checking the order status. I have sent two queries to the Chat function on the website but haven't received a response to either one. It appears from my credit card statement that the purchase was processed by Square. This makes me very confident that this company is a fraud.Customer response

I previously attempted to contact Teku Glass using the contact information provided on their website, but they have not addressed my complaint. I received an auto-reply indicating that my communication had been received, but the company has not shipped my order or refunded my payment. I conclude that this is not a reputable company.

On January 21, 2024 I ordered two beer glasses from tekuglass.com for $19.99 plus $12.50 shipping, order #***. The website advertised same-day shipping for orders placed by 4pm Eastern time. I got an order confirmation but nothing about shipping. On January 25 I sent a message asking about shipping. A rep said my order "should go out tomorrow." It did not. I sent several follow-up messages and got no response. On February 1, I got an automated email saying a shipping label had been created but **** has not received a package. I sent another message, this time asking to cancel the order, and got no response. It is now February 6. **** has still not received a package. My order has not been canceled and refunded. On or before 12/8/23, I ordered 2 glasses from the website which touts same day delivery on orders before 4pm. My credit card was charged 12/9. The glasses never shipped. I contacted the company via chat on their website on 12/14 to ask where the glasses were and said that I needed them on 12/15. Despite the chat announcement saying that the reply would be "immediate", no one replied until the next day and said "the glasses will ship on Monday" (meaning 12/18). I immediately replied that 12/18 is too late and to cancel the order. No one ever repled, so I email them the same message. "12/18 is too late, I needed them them 12/15." Still no one replied. On 12/20, I get an automated email that they shipped. I replied by email and then by chat immediately that I didn not WANT the glasses and that I cancelled my order. Again, no replies. I want my money refunded. I do no want the glasses and will refuse acceptance of the package -- if it actually arrives.Customer response

I ordered 6 glasses from Rastal Teku on May 12th. The order number is **** and I paid $57.09. As of today, June 5th, I have not received the glasses and I have emailed the company twice to inquire about the status of my order but have not received a response.Customer response

I purchased 24 beer glasses on 8/9 for the opening of my restaurant on 8/18. The website claims same day shipping. It's been nearly two weeks, three attempts to reach them (website form x2 and Instagram x1) and no response. There is no phone number or email listed to reach them. We had to rent glassware to open the restaurant at the last minute. I would like my order cancelled and money refunded.Customer response

On 5/2/2022 I placed an order for 8 glasses from Teku on https://www.tekuglass.com/. I received an email confirmation for my order with order #***. I paid $96.96 for the two sets of glasses.It is now 6/27/2022 and I've not heard from the company on status of my order and the glasses have not been delivered. I've contacted the company via email and Instagram multiple times, but have not heard anything back.I would like delivery of the glasses as detailed or a refund from the company for my purchase.Initial Complaint
