I WENT THERE IN OCTOBER FOR A PRICE QUOTE & TO SEE IF THEY CAN DO SERVICES I NEEDED. WAS TOLD $440 BY PHOENIX, THE APPARENT MANAGER. I WENT BACK OCTOBER 30TH FOR HAIR ********************* AFTER THE *** WAS DONE, HE QUICKLY SHOWED ME THE BACK WITH A MIRROR (5 HOURS LATER). THEN TELLS ME $485. I ASKED WHY? HE SAID $45 TO STYLE. (I DIDNT GET A HAIRCUT OR CURLS, NOTHING. HE JUST DRIED MY HAIR FOR 5 MINUTES). OK, I WAS TIRED, GAVE LESS TIP AS I ONLY BROUGHT WITH ME THE AMOUNT HE QUOTED. (AFTER READING ONLINE REVIEWS, I SEE THEY TEND TO CHARGE CLIENTS MORE AFTER). I GET HOME, MY PARTNER TELLS ME HE SEES ALL THE ***** AND TAKES A PICTURE. THE NEXT DAY FRIENDS TELL ME MY HAIR IS TERRIBLE. I HAD A WEDDING, SO EMBARRASSED OF COURSE, I REMOVED THE EXTENSIONS MYSELF FOR SEVERAL HOURS (150 PIECES).WEDNESDAY NOVEMBER 10TH, I WENT TO THE SALON (I DO NOT LIVE IN BROOKLYN, SO COULD NOT GO SOONER), AND SHOW THEM PICTURES. HIS ONLY RESPONSE WAS "NO REFUND FOR SOMETHING YOU DO NOT LIKE". I TRIED TO EXPLAIN, LIKING IS IRRELEVENT, YOU DID AN UNPROFESSIONAL TERRIBLE *** AND SHOULD NOT HAVE LET A CLIENT WALK OUT LIKE THIS. HE WAS VERY RUDE AND PRETENDED HE DID NOT UNDERSTAND ENGLISH. A FEMALE CAME AND LOOKED LIKE SHE WAS ON MY SIDE. I SAID I AM ONLY ASKING FOR $345 BACK IN RETURN, FOR UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICES I RECEIVED AND HAD TO REMOVE. HE DID NOT CARE. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO THE ****** HE SAID NO. I AM REQUESTING ASSISTANCE TO GET MY MONEY BACK. I WORK VERY HARD AND THAT IS A LARGE AMOUNT FOR THE ***** EXPERIENCE I WENT THROUGH. PLEASE ASSIST. THANK YOU!Customer response
