The woman gave me a price and left as another one went back and changed it on me after I went here to get extensions removed. There were 3 women. I asked one how much she charges for removing and she told me $10. I said okay. She starts taking them out. Then, another older lady takes them out when a customer comes in so they switch places. The lady who gave me the price ended up leaving before I finished. They asked if I would like to have my hair blow dried. I said ok and they could trim it very tiny. They said ok. After that, my hair is blow dried with a tiny comb pulling the hair as well, so I feel like my hair is breaking. It's not a blow dry where it looks nice and you go out with the style it's just blown enough to say it was blow dried. Here's where the big issue was... I asked how much at the end and she told me $50. That would mean that she charged 40 for the wash and blow dry. So, asked how much the wash and blow dry was and she said $20. So, I told her okay you said 10 for removal and 20 for blow dry/wash so that's $30. She said no the removal was not $10. I told her the original person, who left early, told me it was $10 and I said ok. She started yelling and arguing saying she told that woman no. That I owe $40. I defend myself and tell her she never said anything to me and how come she didn't say that when I asked if that's what she wanted me to pay. It was ridiculous I was crying because she was yelling, arguing with me, lying... The thing is if you miscommunicate an issue like that as a business owner, you would accept it and apologize, but she literally didn't care how unjust she was being. I just said you know what how much do you want and she said just give her $40. So, I just didn't want to deal with it and paid her the extra $10. That's how you lose a customer because I was thinking of going back in the beginning, but the fact that they went from being somewhat calm to yelling and spewing lies was so offensive and disrespectful. I looked them up to write a review but they weren't on ****. They were on the BBB better business bureau website with a review stating they were scammed with pricing not being upfront as well. So, I decided to make their **** page and write in my review to let people know and have the space to share their experience. And now am putting it in the BBB site as well.
