****** is the rudest stylist there is.I had a 11:45 hair appointment. I came all the way from the Bronx 2 hour travel. For ****** to have someone else speak to me through a speaker. They asked did I fill out a policy that SHE took her time sending to my phone. 35 minutes to be exact. She has a fee and a fine for everything you could think of. Again while waiting for this policy she had me waiting outsidte. When I rang and asked what was going on ****** had no customer service she didnt even speak or acknowledge me she wasnt welcoming. She talked to a lady and the lady repeated what she said to me as If we werent both in the same area. ****** could have spoke to me. While Im waiting still to get inside the salon I get a notification that I was a no show. I already knew it was so she can keep the 60 dollars deposit, Now a hour is passed and she finally lets me in the store and she has 6 ppl sitting there shes the only stylist in the salon. How dare you have a fine and fee for everything you can think of tardiness included but here we are a hour and half after my appointment and my hair had still to be touched, I went to get my water and she finally spoke. She said if your leaving ya deposit is no refundable. I wouldnt recommend this salon to no one. The support she gets from ppl has her feeling like ppl need her: her customer service is horrific

Arrived on time for my appointment, the owner had me wait until the exact time of my appointment, she never let me in. I came back and she still didnt open the door. She spoke through a intercom and asked my name, I told her my name and she stated that she dont see my name. Come to find out I booked under my daughter account without noticing. I told her of the mistake and she said your not your daughter and refuse to let me in. I explained thAt I drove a long distance over a hour for the appointment, it was my husband birthday dinner that night and she had no remorse at all. She text me that she is canceling my appointment. I asked for my ***** deposit back and she refused. She also put on the boosksy app that I never showed up when I was there all along and I have proof. The police was called and they advised me to file a complaint with the BBB.

I arrived at 2:25pm for my 2:30pm appointment to Twins Unisex Salon, the glam bar . I was not seen until 5:01pm . The location has no sign, but despite that, it was beautiful inside. They were playing nice music. At 5:01, the one stylist decided to take pictures with one of her clients for about 15 minutes. The owner was not so nice over the phone but made up for it in person when we were conversing about *************************** having the same ****** Disease diagnosis as me. She seemed so interested and she empathized with my symptoms. Around 8:15 pm she provided wine, tea, crackers and chips, even a fan when I was under the dryer and couldnt handle the heat . By 8:32pm all her clients are under the dryer and she is eating her food and having a conversation with her coworker. Btw she was very cautious about clients keeping masks on the whole time. She was not playing with anyone who took down their mask for even a second too long or for talking loudly in her enstabishment . At the end I enjoyed myself but the waiting and the process was too long The stylist made it fun as possible. If you do not mind the wait, this is the place for you . Btw I am not satisfied with the result. Everyone in my family said that the hair style didnt look good on me , that it was done right, but didnt fit my face . I just cant do several hours of waiting for something that shouldnt take long to do . She just over booked herself. I give this place a 6 out of 10 . Its very expensive. I paid a high price even though I came in with TWA virgin hair to start with . Its 8:49pm and one person was in front of me and the hair wasnt dry as yet but mine is but she shared that I have to wait until the young ladys was dry and she finishes with her hair .. ugh I guess this is why she takes 65% of the money upfront before you can book an appointment. I honestly just wanted to leave. I left at 10:15 pm
