I ordered two bottle of the Breath of Life and only received 1 bottle. From inception of this transaction, no one at the organization has ever returned any of my emails. The delivery of the product was really slow so I emailed them for a delivery date. All emails has fallen on deaf ears. Today I received the product but again only received one bottle. This organization will take a customer money and execute no level of customer service. I am not asking for a refund but want the missing bottle of **************Customer response

On Sept 17, I spend $850 for the Rites of Passage program and no one reached out to me about it the welcome ceremony. I emailed them and contacted them on Instagram and they replied saying I wasnt in their system and to provide proof. So I did and they blocked me. No one answers the phone or responds to emails.Customer response

Date of Transaction: Sat, July 16, 9:45am The amount of money paid to the business: $1,181.50 USD What the business committed to provide: 21-day detox program (Includes Kit + digital course) x 2 What the nature of the dispute is: Detox kits were incomplete and did not obtain all the heal thy self-*******s. Rejuvenation clay ******* was not included in either kit.Whether or not the business has tried to resolve the problem: Yes and no. Its been over a month without receipt of product and no reply to emails sent to follow up. The company has acknowledged the product was not sent and promised to send the two rejuvenations clays in addition to a free rejuvenation clay ********************** number: **** tracking number: ****************************** (The above is the original tracking number and shows delivered. I have tried repeatedly to cancel my subscription and these people have ignored my request several times and they continue to take money out of my checking account.
