      We ordered 3 walkers from this company in September 2022, two were shipped and one was on backorder. All 3 are paid in full! I have reached out several times via email and ********* and have had absolutely no response, NONE, NOTHING!! I have since requested a refund for this ****** since I have heard nothing about it being shipped or monies being refunded.UGH! I would never use this company again!

      I ordered a rollator for my father on 4/13 and it said delivery by 4/29. On 5/1, I called to find out where it was and was told it was still in the warehouse and might be shipped by Friday. I asked to talk to a supervisor and was told that the customer service rep had no way to reach a supervisor. I cancelled my order and ordered the same thing from amazon for $50 less.

      I ordered items for my work on December 16 2022, they immediately took the payment out of the account. I have yet to get a response as to when the items will be shipped, let alone a tracking number. I have called multiple times on different days at different times to try to get a status update and I never get a live person anymore. I have emailed their support email and have not received a response either. Tried their online chat feature and still nothing as to where these items are or when I will receive them.

      I ordered an alternating pressure mattress on 11/4. I was told it was in stock and would be delivered on Monday 11/7. They knew the patient was coming home on Monday! I was promised a call on Mon 11/7. Credit card was charged!!!It is now Mon 11/14 and no mattress, no phone call. No update on availability. Spent 30 minutes asking for a supervisor to no avail. I was told all were in a meeting & would not be disturbed.not even for a dissatisfied customer. Received a cold email saying product was out of stock with anticipated availability of Dec 15.I would not recommend this company!!!

      Put in order Sept.22 They never e-mail me they where out of stock.It is now Oct6 no order yet.called and still get the same reply.They won't cancel my order or give me my money back.They could have contacted me early so I could make other arrangements.Thankfully I found another company and received my order in three day. I will never order from Medical supply Depot.and hope to get my money back.

      THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY! I placed an order but didn't get an email saying it had been shipped. When I emailed them about the status of my order, I never got a response. I called to cancel the order and request a refund. It will take from 5-7 business days to refund it. They have had my order and money for 12 days now with no correspondence. DO NOT BELIEVE THEIR WEBSITE INFORMATION AND DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!!!!!!!! This review asks for a star rating; these people don't deserve even one star!!

      I ordered a feeding tube in January but was never delivered, call them for months requesting a refund and still waiting. I believe this is a scam.

      I purchased the Bellavita auto bath lift for $673.99. I ordered it on Sunday, April 9th based on their guaranteed 1 to 2 days delivery on their site. I did receive a confirmation that they received my order on April 10th. When I didnt receive a shipping email, I called them on the 10th to see if they were going to guarantee the one to two day delivery. Their representative in customer service contacted the warehouse and informed me that it had not been shipped but it would be soon and that I could probably expect it on the 15th. I told him that the delivery date was not acceptable and that I wanted to cancel the order. If they wanted to ******* ******* it to me overnight I would except the order, he put me on hold went back to the warehouse. I was advised that I would have to pay for the ******* ******* charges myself if I wanted it overnight shipped or I could cancel it and what did I want to do? I canceled the order and was told by the representative that I would receive a confirmation email on April 11 in the morning because now the warehouse was closed. I received an email late morning on April 11 telling me that my package was in transit and then it would be delivered on the 15th. I called back to customer service and spoke to a lovely woman who told me that she would make arrangements with ******* ******* to require signature and that I should not accept the package and say return to sender when it was delivered. The package came on Friday, April 15th and they just dropped it off on the front porch without a signature. I have spent nearly an hour on the phone today AGAIN only to find out that not only were they not picking it up; I have to pay for it and drop it off at the ******* ******* station. Incorrect information has been standard policy for this company or the representative. I would never do business with them again. People wonder why we shop on ****** versus the small business owners. Buyer bewareno easy returns as they claim!

      Very bad company. Ordered in December, and they kept saying it would be here. Have not gotten it yet. I asked for my money back and she said it would take a couple of months. Buyers beware
