Cam energy Company were hired to install our new dishwasher. We chose because Company is Bosch certified. Plumber installed dishwasher and did not connect hoses properly which caused a leak which caused significant water damage to wooden floor of kitchen, as well as improper installation of twisted faucet inlet hoses so water was not reaching faucet at all, then claimed that faucet was blocked with debris, after an attempt to clear the faucet, broke cartridge, and said faucet needed replacement at an additional cost to customer. Both my management company and myself attempted to contact the company, no response. (We had another company reinstall faucet/finish dishwasher because this plumber caused so much damage and we did not wish to risk any further damage to our property, or other errors. Plumber who fixed it said it was a very amateur job, with mistakes that no professional or certified plumber should ever have made. Only issue with faucet was the twisted inlet hose. Happy to share details of that plumber if required, to confirm what they found. We incurred an additional $275 + $283 to replace faucet and installation. The repair to our wooden floor is going to cost more than $1200 to repair . We would like a refund on the work that was done by Cam, for $815 because it was not completed as agreed, and in the process, caused damage which will cost us a lot more than that to repair.
