              Hello, Edison Home Healthcare was the payee to my employees for my care. From the very beginning it was a terrible experience dealing with them. They bill my insurance to pay out my staff. They gave two of my staff members the ok to start working then told them they did not have an authorization from insurance to start working. I ended paying the staff out of my own pocket. I have **************** which covers 3 months of back medical bills. I need Edison Home Health Care to give my insurance company a retro Authorization for the dates I paid my staff out of pocket before the authorization was in place. They have refused on multiple occasions which is hindering my ability to afford to live. Im on disability, a fixed income, with no means of going out and making more money then my allotted monthly amount.

              Terrible company. They brought the company Recco and every since then having problems with payroll. I believe they are stolen money from my aid. Someone needs to investigate this company because you can't go from one company making the same amount and now your pay check is different when the hourly rate is the same. Stop scamming people out of their money and pay people for their time.
