  *********************** got paid $6600, to cover the big roof and the small roof of a mix-used buildinghe told us, he would lay 11 rolls of the roofing material, tar, and torch the rubber roof to seal all the seams. He were to make a cover for the opening to the roof to prevent the rain water from coming inside the building. HE DID NOTits raining right now and water is coming inside the building and causing more damage now. Also, he was to cut out the wet Sheetrocks, plaster and paint the damaged walls. Also to fix the boiler by putting on an expansion tank, a pump, an automatic feeder and fix the sewer pipes that were leaking at the time, he ********* and the other sewer pipe is leaking still right now, Also, to connect the Pex pipes from the first floor bathroom to the main water source in the basement. Also, to lay new laminated wood floors in the third floor apt, fix the damage ceiling in the bedroom and paint the hallway of the building. The boiler still not working efficiently, the tenants are out of heat for days and at this time, the heat is not going upstairs to the 2nd floor apt and the 3rd floor apt. He never put a new automatic feeder on the boiler, I had to pay for a second opinion to find out why theres still no heat inside the building. He only put 3 rolls of roofing material on the small roof, the roofer told me that he put to do the work, whom he never paid, as the checks he gave ******** NEVER CLEARED THE ***** ******** kept calling him, now he stopped taking ********* calls. He blocked my number along with my tenants number. He put non of the rolls on the big roof, only silver paint is painted on. ******** took pics to show us. He never laid the laminated wood floors. He never painted and he never finish plastering the damaged area of the walls. He never fixed back the tiles he broke to go inside the wall. ******** said he still have not paid them. I have the text messages as proof of the bounced checks. He now blocked everyones numbers.

  When a customer comes at a service man or woman and doesnt get he there way they try get back you. This customer wanted more than us fixing what some other mess up and ask us to assist. We did what agreed on with still outstanding balance and stand firm that business and pleasure dont go together so again Archats LLC will remain committed to its mandate and professionalism.

  I have enough witnesses to this man's deception, overcharging and underperforming. There's a ****** review from few months ago that stays the same deception of purporting to be a professional contract, but he's not... he uses day laborers from ********** and put them on the jobs he overcharged for...corners are cut, leaving work unfinished and everyone dissatisfied. It was brought to my attention, that he lied to the workers that the homeowners haven't paid him, so he cannot pay them... he's passing bad checks as per his bank records and the workers are out of their money to feed their families and to keep a roof over their heads. My tenants still do not have heat, as he put someone that we know realized do not know the work... he has sent this boiler man back to the job about 11 times, as the boiler would not work after a day or two...we have observed him entering the building to unannounced to the basement, we have now concluded that he was bleeding the boiler every couple days as his means of having it stay on. ***** was given $1000 to buy the necessary parts the boiler needs to run efficiently and to provide me with the receipts, he only provided a receipt totaling $300 or>...will upload exhibits. I will also upload the receipt were ***** confirmed that I was cleared up as in Paid in Full. I will also show where ***** begged for the final $2000 to be Zelled to him, before he can finish anything, such as picking up the flooring that was left at Will Call for pick up at **********, I have witnesses to this where, he stated I will have the guys there tomorrow on Saturday, but he needed that $2000, evidence will show once received final payments, he reneged on his words...never sent another worker there...all my jobs are left undone...The boiler still not pushing heat to the 2nd or 3rd floor, the small roof over the store, that he was told was still having a leak, he said, he would take care of it...he never did...The worker who did, came back to address the concerns, even though he said *********************** has not paid him for the job. He showed us pictures of the main roof that covers the building, that ***** only had him put silver paint on roof...no layers of the roofing paper to either patch the troubled areas or cover the entire roof as agreed for $4000. That bucket of silver paint is approx 50 bucks and bucket is not empty is there at my building. ***** ran off with my money, the workers he hired money, left the tenants without heat and he knows he's a new born baby living on the 2nd floor. The sewer pipe is still busted, there's still no heat inside the building, the roof still needs the roofing rubber to lay over the roof and torched as agreed. The covering to the roof is not covered as he agreed as well to make a cover for that, to prevent the water from entering the building through that skylight. The roof still has debris on top...the workers wanted to clean it and he would tell them no. He broke the tiles and did not replace it. He left my place and everyone in disgust. Now I know what that man felt who wrote a bad review of being unprofessional, they do not know construction and he said he sworn on every Holy Book that this is true. I will escalate this to the ** and the courts if ***** do not do the honorable thing of finishing the work he got paid to or return a portion of it that is fair, just and equitable. Also, to pay all the workers to gave bad checks to and that he will not rob these unsuspecting workers he turned into victims.

  This customer in particular was using my services as an advantage to her for dating purposes. Nothing other business was granted and she in return wrote all there about me. If I had accepted the invite then there would not be a complaint. Again I stand firm that business and pleasure will not mix for me.
