This is an honest review with *********** from 03/24 to 08/24. I switched from Pivotal Home Solutions to Elite Home Warranty in March of this year because of the reviews & promises. I didn't need to place a claim until end of July. Now, prior to that, my only issues were I didn't like that I didn't receive some sort of receipt or transaction id for each monthly payment; nothing in the mail or email which I found unusual. There isn't (at this time) any way to view your account or transaction history via an app or website portal. I have been told that they are working on perfecting that system with no launch date. This is terrible to me but anyway. We had a leak & filed a claim. No email with claim details either. Side note: this should be corrected with such urgency, Elite Home Warranty, because it makes customers feel that your company is sketchy and can't be trusted. That's not how businesses operate in 2024. So on Tues, the claim was made & $70 was paid with a promise of 48hrs for technician assignment. On Thur, I call to follow-up and shortly after we got a phone call from the tech to schedule for Fri. Keep in mind that I had received friendly customer service throughout the whole process and never had a hard time reaching them. The tech (who works for himself and partners with EHW) was unprofessional. He noshowed on Fri and rescheduled late that night for Mon 11-1pm. He showed up 3 hrs late to diagnose the problem. We attempted to give him another shot on the following day to complete the work but he noshowed again. ********** from EHW saves this story. She apologizes & gives us the option to source our own plumber & issued a payment directly to me the next day. These are the facts. Was it perfect? Nope, it was a mess. But I feel that ************ Went above & beyond to earn our business. Ultimately you get what you expect & your experiences are manifested from your point of attraction. I do not regret my decision to switch & I expect ehw to earn my loyalty soon.Be well

I spoke with *** from Elite Home Warranty and he was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable about the product he was selling. You have a very good salesperson working for you. I purchased my home warranty with you and have been telling my friends.

I was very happy with the discounts that I could get hopefully it will be as easy when of if I need a repair ***********************

As a senior citizen (75 years old). with a partial permanent disabilityI am highly disappointed with explanation of benefits which was provided to me after I signed up for services. This company does not provide coverage for the major parts for repairing a heating and air conditioning system!The technician who came to my home, reported that my system may have a leak, would need a compressor. and all wires needed replacement!My system had been working prior to me signing up for the warranty!!!!!!!! It is impossible that these issues were not functioning!!!!Prior to buying this property, a through inspection was conducted: no issues The previous owner had a plan which expired prior to me moving in.I do not trust the technician who inspected my system.I do plan on obtaining a second assessment from a reputable HVAC company.Buyers Beware!!!!!!!!!!!!!Do not utility this company!!!!!!!

Was the first person I talked to that did not make you feel pressured into making this purchase. He seemed to have a good grasp of everything the company had to offer.I am definitely glad I went with Elite Home Warranty. I pray I don't need but if I do, I do believe they will do what they say they will.
