      I paid Global home protection $499:99 on 9/20/2021 for 14 months of appliance protection and have not been able to contact them either on line or phone, their numbers are disconnected . My coverage will end on 11/28/2022. On 10/27/ 2022 my hot water heater broke and I tried to contact them but could not .I was forced to buy and pay ******* a havc business on Staten island to install my new water heater at a cash cost of $1600.

      I paid for a home protection policy on my appliances with this company and when I tried to contact them to utilize the service it seems they are not in business or a scam.

      I purchased 2 home warranty plans last November 2021 I called to make a claim in March I've placed multiple claims on one of my homes online and over the phone they will never answer the phone and they do not respond to online claims. I requested a cancelation of both of my policies in the middle of April after making so many attempts to contact them. I received 1 email explaining that they would send me a confirmation email and to follow the directions to cancel I never receive that email and I let them know multiple times that I want a refund but they will not respond it seems as if they are completely ignoring my calls.

      On July 26th, 2022, I purchased a Home Warranty plan from Global Home Protection online for $499. Today, I tried to go to their website to file a claim to fix my washing machine. The website is now gone and all of the phone numbers associated with it are not functioning and I can't email them either.I would like to get my money back and prevent anyone else from being scammed by them.Thank you for looking into this.

      On 21 October 2021, I purchased the Diamond Plan One Year Plus One Month Free Pool/Spa Coverage and paid $549.99.Starting in May of this year, I have attempted to submit three service requests via the company's webpage. I was assured every time that, "A claims representative will be contacting you momentarily. I have received no email or telephone contact.During that time, I have called three times and was placed on hold for over ************************************************************************ back and I left my phone number for the callback. As I stated, I have never received an email or return call.I tried to log into my online account only to be told that I had the wrong email. When I clicked the "forgot password" button, the reply was that a link would be sent to my email. You guessed it, no emails were ever received.I have no confidence in this company and feel I cannot trust their ability to judge the character of anyone to whom I would be referred for repairs. For those reasons I hope to receive a full refund.The BBB's help is greatly appreciated.

      Date of Transaction : 11/28/2020 Plan purchased : Three year protection diamond plan with $55 per call Situation : I have my water heater stopped working, I called claims department no one was able to receive the call for more then one hour. I called next day same result. i sent them email no one respond back for email. I had situation with my ceiling Fan stopped working. i contacted them via their website, email and customer service number no one reply back to my call and never able to connect with live customer service. I have to spend more than $700 for my repair for above two incidents.

      My husband and I bought a warranty protection for our house and we have been filing online claims and calling the claims department for the past month and havent heard back. They originally marketed themselves as a 24/7 available company but they cant get back to you in a month and half my houses lights dont work and I cant even get them looked at or fixed through a service I paid for.

      In August of 2021 I paid $949.98 to Global Home Protection for a home warranty plan. I called them May 2, 2022 to file a claim because my built in microwave quit working. I left 3 messages after being on hold over 15 minutes each time. I never received a call back. I tried again this morning and was just put on hold again. I only waited on hold 10 minutes this morning. Now my air conditioner went out. I would like a full refund as this company is obviously a scam and has no intention of helping people when they have a claim. I would also be satisfied if they chose to fix my 2 issues instead.

      I got Diamond home protection from Global Home Protection as part of buying a new house. I have been trying to reach Global Home Protection for the past 3 weeks and they have essentially not responded to voice messages that I left for them, on a voice message that says maybe *******************. I also completed an online claims form, they also have not responded. I sent an email to their claims email address and it came back with message copied below. This is very frustrating and it's not the first time it will happen. They claim to provide good service, but I feel Global Home Protection is almost like a fraud that does not exist, they only collect the premium and you can never reach them for a claim.       i started my contract with Global February of 2022, effective date March of 2022. The weather in ***** is starting to heat up, so i turned my A/C on and the upstairs is not cooling off, and the air coming out of the duct is not blowing very hard. I went to the website and filed a claim Monday May 2nd, did not hear anything back. I then on Tuesday may 3rd, sent a claim request on the global site, i also called the claim # as well as the sales #, where i was sent directly to voicemail, i never got a call back.Wednesday May 4th, i sent another request for service on the Global website, I also called the claim phone number as well as the sales **** phone number again, got no response. Thursday May 5th ( today ) i called the claim # again, as well as well sent another request for service via the Global website,
