I am completely fed up with Wyckoff's threatening and unfair billing practices. I paid my bill months ago and yet am still being told I have a balance and impliedly being threatened to have my account sent to collections if I don't pay them AGAIN. I have spent countless hours on the phone trying to settle this bill, and I've provided proof of payment that has been cashed by Wyckoff repeatedly, only to be told I have to call back in **** business days over and over again for them to process the proof of payment, and be given no assurance my credit score won't be affected or that the account won't be sent to collections. I feel like I'm being bullied into paying them again at this point or potentially see my credit score plummet.Wyckoff cashed the check that was paid by me to pay down the balance. And no matter how often I send them proof of this, they insist I owe them a balance. Wyckoff is either intentionally trying to make me pay twice or they are so incompetent that they are applying payments to the wrong balances. I don't understand how they can say a balance is due when I send them the proof of payment showing they cashed the check for the entire account balance!I expect them to reduce my account balance to zero and call me to let me know that it's been settled.Customer response

This medical center is repeatedly billing me, either for the same services OR for things they didn't provide at all. By my estimation, the bills total $120, of which I have paid 90. (I paid 40 in December of last year, 25 in May of this year, 25 this June.) I just got another one in the mail today for some "urology/hematology" laboratory stuff from allegedly October, which I have no idea what these are. I paid the lab I took some blood tests at once or twice back then, and I paid the hospital I went to later (NY Presbyterian.) It is a bit confusing, but I feel these bills are not legitimate.I called Wyckoff's "customer service' during business hours today and left a message *************) telling them I don't know what these charges are, and to stop sending me bills. In the past I just paid them, but I didn't do any lab work with them on Oct 22, and why am I getting these bills now? I want it to stop.Customer response
