I installed one of their Wi-Fi hotspots back in 2020 and I am supposed to be paid $100 every year since. I have not been paid for the last two years so they owe me $200 plus they will owe me $100 for this year as well. When you call them, they never answer the phone and you cant leave a voicemail and I also emailed them twice and have not heard back.Customer response

I learned this issue about 2 weeks ago, first week of January 2024. I checked my PayPal account and noticed I had not been paid $100 and 2022 or in 2023.Business response

These company coastfi said I would get ****** a year for using there hotspot never got it they don't answer phone or emailBusiness response

CoastFi pays $100 upfront for the year. After careful consideration, we have determined that there is no need for service coverage in your area for the upcoming year. As a result, we will not be renewing your contract, and no upfront payment will be due.
Please note that the terms of payment were outlined in the terms of service that you agreed to prior to receiving your hotspot. You have already been paid for your year of service.We regret to inform you that we will no longer be providing service coverage in your area. As a result of this decision, we kindly request that you return the following equipment:
-CoastFi Hotspot
-Power supply Unit
To make the process as easy as possible, we have included a free shipping label in an email sent to you return the items to **.
Please see below for return instructions.
1. Package your CoastFi Hotspot and accessories securely into a box.
2. Download and print the return shipping label, which is attached to this email. Securely affix the return shipping label onto your box.
3. Drop the box off at your nearest carrier location.Customer response
