I somehow ended up on the email list for this company. I have tried their unsubscribe link multiple times and still receive emails. I emailed them directly asking to be removed from their list. The last time that I received a spam from them I even called in person to let them know how unhappy I was with their continued harassment. The individual that I spoke with was adamant that I would be removed. That was about a month ago and in the last week I have received 3 more separate emails from them. I'm at my wits end with them.Business response

I have an e-mail company that has a remove and unsubscribe many have do this there is no need for this complaint I have removed him myself from all of my lists
I am concerned that this is abuse of my rights if you unsubscribe then it is done

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:[Your Answer Here]
I tried many times (at least five) using the unsubscribe option and it does not work. I also emailed the business directly who reassured me that I would be taken off of their list. That didnt happen. I called and spoke directly to the business who apologized and reassured me that they were personally going to take care of removing me from the list and yet I continued to receive emails. The only abuse was the continued harassment after trying all of these methods to be taken off of their list. So yes, this complain was necessary.
