I was a client here for 3 years. My sister worked at the location and was manager. When she initially got with the company, she referred me to get services and receive discounts. My sister ended up leaving the company due to her own issues that I was not aware of. The first year and half was fine. After some time, the professionalism was bad. There was a manager name ******* and she contacted me in regards to a fraudulent email someone made in my name. She sent me photos of the email in which I was stated in, that individual was going against my sisters court claim filed with Shira Laser. I adamantly denied that was my email being that my email was on file with them already. This issue became much bigger. My sister ending up getting a restraining order against me due to the email sent to Shira Laser. (I still I have the photos of) After time, the staff started referring me as the girl whose sister is suing and the services of laser hair removal became very bad. I made complaints with ******* how ***** was referring to me as that. I was ostracized and have felt uncomfortable in MANY occasions. One laser tech name ***** told me over lasering and over shaving has caused me to grow MORE hair. I didnt understand. I emailed Shira Laser multiple times to get compensation back. I spent well over 5 thousand to at least 8-10 thousand dollars in services through out the years. I was not compensated for any of the poor services, personal inconveniences theyve also caused in my life with my sister/ family, I also ended up losing my job due to the restraining order my sister put on me because I am NJ state armed security. Shira has caused me emotional pain and suffering and also gave me very poor services. I tried getting legal help but no one is willing to put the work in. I also went to therapy for the bad treatment I received. I am at my wits-end and feel this complaint is very much necessary. I left multiple ****** complaints as well.
