            I hired victor feraru an attorney for guardianship in december of 2022 he signed an agreement for visitation and guardianship for ******* which he was paid in full. He never did oetitions and he does not return emails or calls. He dies not let you know when hearings are scheduled and ge doesnt show up for in ****** hearings. I want my money back. He did nothing for me . ***** asked fir a summary and he never did it.

            To all who is reading this review, this Attorney does not even deserve one star but in order for me to leave this review, I had to click one star attention to all please be aware of this Attorney he will file false and fake lawsuits against you every single court in the Five boroughs of nyc including ******* and Nassau county is aware of this attorney shenanigans I am surprised that no judge or court as of yet has put a complaint in with New York ********************** but I definitely will, and have the paperwork and evidence To back up my claims I don't even know where to start, but I can tell you one thing this is a very dangerous dangerous Attorney and my next step is to file a complaint with New York ********************* against this attorney. Because he needs to have his license, pulled immediately and put out of business Not only is he a horrible attorney, and a liar he does not even know how to advise his clients from right or wrong he has broken so many rules and laws you cannot imagine But he has the right person this time, because I am definitely putting a complaint in with New York ********************* against this attorney he needs to be brought up on charges just as well and his law license needs to be pulled Lack of communication With other attorneys if things do not go his way Misrepresentation/Dishonesty his Scope of representation his unethical and his illegal conduct this attorney puts a bad name in the legal profession the behavior by this lawyer and his unprofessionalism and his engaging in conflicts making false and misleading statements, failing to communicate effectively with other attorneys if things don't go his way Misconduct in the legal profession you know the old saying A district attorney can indict a ham sandwich well, this lawyer is no different only thing is if he sees a dollar sign he will take on any false case Even if he knows, His client's is lying Never met a person or Attorney like this in my entire life
