Ive bought 2 sheets from this place and both have ripped almost instantly. One was within the warranty date so it was replaced and then THE REPLACEMENT RIPPED. So now all my sheets are ripped and Im not sure if youve ever shopped here, but it is not cheap. Poor quality for amount they charge.Review from Alexander M

Order #**************, I purchased a bed frame from Brooklinen on March 26 for $834, all seemed ok, money was taken from my account. Then 11 days later, I received a text message and an email saying that 'my request to cancel my order' had been approved. I was also told that my order had been cancelled due to a " 'tech error' that made the ***** Platform Bed available for your international order". It doesn't seem like they made any attempt to actually figure out how to get the order to me, and did not reach out prior to cancelling the order. Then on top of that they 'gave me' a 15% off coupon code, as if that is not something that is essentially available all year long for any user. I am extremely frustrated, as I had been saving up for the bed frame and was really looking forward to using it in my new apartment. On top of that, I have received roughly 1 email per day from them urging me to buy their sheets. I sincerely do not recommend them to anyone, seems like another company just trying to cash in.Review from ANNA M

I ordered 2 pillows 2022 and submitted a return label request the day after receipt of the products. The products are unopened. This business is not legitimate and I would never purchase from them again. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM BROOKLINEN. The product originated in ******** and was delivered to *******, ******. This is the email that was sent!!!!"We just wanted to reach out and let you know we do not offer traditional international returns at this time, we can definitely find you another solution! When you get a chance, please donate the Down Pillows to a local charity of your choice. Once you've done so, just reply to this email with proof of the donation. This can be a photo of a receipt, a letter or email from an organization, or even a photo of you making the drop-off. UGH! I just received a pillow from Brooklinen. It smells like cigarette smoke! I was either given a used pillow from smoker's home or there is smoking at the factory where the pillow was made. Not very desirable to receive "NEW" bedding in this condition to say the least. I contacted customer service about this their first suggestion was that I try airing it out! Seriously? So, so gross.

We understood once you had clarified the smell that this is not something that should occur and have sent along a replacement item.
