My mother ***************************** just became a member of this crappy company(Senior Whole Health/Molina) October 1st, 2022. They are her managing long-term care agency(mltc) through ********* They have done nothing for my mother as of her start period, yet I'm sure they've accepted payment from *** for that period. I have made over a dozen phone calls to them(over 3 weeks) & have received over a dozen different answers from them*************). In addition, they refuse to put me in touch with a supervisor, manager or director or give me a direct phone number for them. They tell me they will email them to have them call me & NEVER have I gotten a call back. My mother didn't receiver her medical supplies for October & nor will she receive them for November. I am filing this ********** *** want them reported to ******** for fraud, ****************** of services!Customer response

SSI deducts from my Pension $170.10 from my pension every month for ********* They started to deduct in May 2022 year. I have **************** program. Senior Whole Health of New York, should fix & correct it. Nobody responds to my ************** calls. The names in the member services are *********************************, *************************** Mr. ****** I must buy food, pay my bills & also buy cloths for myself. Thanks. Today is Tuesday 9/13/22 at *****pm ** time.
