      I've been using your old product for over 4 years. I get good results, pretty much as advertised. The old unit is just going along although I wish I could get new sponges, etc. I was an early investor and can understand why people are a bit frustrated with the delay in the new product. I haven't read or heard on the videos a definitive answer to that, notwithstanding the Covid interruptions. It would appear it's a pretty simplistic build based on the one I'm using, just in a pretty and more useable package. I understand why early investors are antsy. I don't understand why the new Oak can't be sold while you're doing your trials.

      I was treatment resistant for 10 months and felt like I was being dragged to h*** this was the only thing that worked I thank God for this device I pray it works for everyone who trys it I felt better within 3 days and each day after that got better and better its been two and a half years now I found customer service to be very good you should call them its not like them to not get back to a customer I cant wait to get the next one but using the first one is working

      I invested over $400 on your first offer with the understanding I would receive an OAK. No one has returned my calls about not sending me an Oak. I've purchased 3 devices from Fisher Price, they are great products. but you only wanted my money. I'll be surprised if I receive a response from you. I got nothing for my $400 *************************

      The fisher wallace stimulator really works, but only for a couple of weeks then it breaks. Ive gone through two and only to have them break (stop working) and go back into depression. It helps you sleep but only until it breaks. After sending it back and receiving another one it stopped working again! This is harmful to people who benefit from it, only to be thrown back into depression. The cost ranges ****** ******* from what Ive seen and now Im stuck with it and depressed again!!!! I think something needs to be done about this. Maybe I will move forward with this. This is deceptive.

      I ordered one that didn't work. I contacted the company and the extremely irritated girl did nothing for me. They are preying on ill people and the only ones that are benefiting is them. Wake up, it's a full blown scam! If they any good at all, they wouldn't be begging for investors 3 years later. Investors check what they are investing in, and obviously they failed.

      I like the stimulator and purchased enough stock in Fisher Wallace to entitle me to a new stimulator. The yellow lighs on the stimulator I purchased no longer light. What can I do about this situation?

      Didnt help with my anxiety. They hyped up their product and return policy when I purchased and now when I try to return I see that its only returnable after 30 days. How would I be able to find out if it really helps in 30 days? Terrible policy and product.

      I have been using this device now for a few years, it suddenly stopped conducting and the yellow lights no longer light up. The wires are ridiculously expensive, so I am stuck with a device that no longer works. Tried changing the conductors and sponges but didnt help. I find it ridiculous that such an expensive device is so flimsy.. disappointing

      I ordered and, of course, paid what was advertised as a SPECIAL PRICE for one of these units with an almost assured quick delivery date. Long story short, despite emails I have yet to receive the unit. Apparently I never will. I am severely disappointed. I hate to think F-W preys upon the very people they purport to help, but it definitely feels that way **********

      There is much to cause alarm about the integrity of this company.I placed the order and my credit card was charged immediately.Then came the emails stating that there was one thing after the other causing delays in receiving the product.I have lived in my home for almost 4 decades. My CC billing is the same address. Eventually, I informed them after many failures to deliver the paid-for item that I would not be at my home when they stated it would be delivered.They agreed to ship to my vacation address. Once again the promised deliveries were not being fulfilled. After three weeks on vacation, no delivery.Finally, I contacted them via email, THERE IS NO HUMAN TO TALK TO EVER!!I notified them that I was returning home. They then sent the package to my home.I received an email last week that the bonus sponges refills were being mailed. They were sent to the location where I was on vacation. After e-mailing, NO HUMAN CONTACT EVER, I notified them that they mistakenly sent the package to the wrong address.Now one would think that considering the patience which I demonstrated during their dysfunctionality, I would not get a combative and unprofessional response from these people, but the rude person kept the battle of words telling me that it was shipped to ********** because that was my address of the original order?? I then responded that could not be the fact since my order was placed way prior to even planning on going to **********. SHOCKINGLY THIS COMPANY THAT IS SENDING UNSOLICITED EMAILS TO ME FOR INVESTMENT, SENT YET ANOTHER REBUTTAL STATING THAT ON JANUARY 3RD WHEN I PLACED MY ORDER I USED THE ********** ADDRESS WOW! WOW!I had no plans to go to ********** in Jan. **** said, I warn anyone thinking of engaging business with this company, that at best a kitchen table business would not be this bad and sloppy.The worst is that they take time to keep writing to dispute that I used ********** as the address when placing my order. NEVER AGAIN
