This is the only negative review I wrote about any service provider over the past 10 years. Labworq is not a trustworthy company. Their staff (spoke to 2 on different dates) presented misleading payment info and misleading delivery time. While I was searching for companys reviews, I found a warning letter issued by NY Attorney General ***** Issues Warning to Labworq to Stop ******************************** for COVID-19 Test Results. The letter also asked the company to update its signage on delivery time and no out of pocket. Your staff is not honest. The second person I talked to today kept changing her information after being caught. Your customer service line has no one to answer. The other reviews below are correct about this service provider. I was excited that I could be working again serving the community as a covid tester. When I arrived for my training at the site on ***************************************, the abuse began. The team leader, ******, was condescending, insulting and abusive. I would not work for this company if I was starving to death. There are many articles that can be found on ****** about Lab Worq about their tendency to mislead people about the amount of time between testing and receiving test results. The New York Attorney General ordered them to cease telling people that they will receive their results in 24 hrs when in fact, it could be several days. I *********************** tell a customer 24 hrs. I couldn't believe it! People rely on accurate information - especially if they are traveling. I left the 'training' upset and disappointed. I do not recommend applying for this job, nor do I recommend this facility for testing. There are reputable companies out there. This is not one of them.Review from Inez R

They say$0 out of pocket cost then your insurance gets billed $275 for their lab. They advertise as free test and these are costing me $100 each weeks later. Tests also took a week when it was advertised as 24 hours.Lab Worq LLC Response

If I could leave negative two stars, I would. Went on the 26th of December at one of their pop-up sites. Told that I would get the results in ***** hours. Well, that didn't happen...On their site they said it could take 5-7 days for results. On day 8, I sent an email asking what is the delay and status. They tell that my sample was damaged. WHAT?!? First of all, we are not scammers! We have large flows of patients and every day they are processed by the laboratory and people get their results, they are satisfied with our services. I inquired about my results (via email) 6 days after being tested and was told the very next day (day 7) that my test was damaged and to please find a place to be retested! I am very upset! I should have been informed sooner if this really was the case. My three children, who were also tested on the same day I was tested, still have not received their results. Their tests were probably damaged also. Avoid these locations at all costs!Lab Worq LLC Response
