      I been having issues with this company and try to be patient with they process since March 2022. Fast forward I got put out the program in which I receive very minimum class work (basically one video and a copy of textbook) I applied for there Phlebotomy program which requires a lot of class work and also hand on skills. So basically a month into the program receiving very little material, I was ready to leave the program after a month of not receiving the proper material in the appropriate timing, I started communicating with the company Im not happy. I wrote a bad review to express my true experience with the program because they at this time still didnt release me from the program. Exactly less than 24hrs after my negative review, the next day I receive a email and a follow up phone call telling me Im kick out the program. To be completely honest at the time I didnt know why I was being put especially after I was in communication with the receptionist whos always handling all emails and calls, her name is ******. I was in shock and thats when she said the manager said because of my bad review, honestly I still dont know how they figure it was me because its not showing my real name. I use a nickname on my ****** reviews. Because I notice they had other customers post good reviews after my negative one but made me change my review to good to stay in the program But what they dont know , I video recorded that conversation because I didnt know that a business can do that . Fast forward I been in contact with them back and forth trying to receive my $500. My last communication with the company as of now were last Friday, I have emails from the company telling me my check is in the mail and I will recieve it in the mail May 25 2022, in which still havent received. I have all documents, and video between me and this company. Please help me get my refund, really take my complaint into consideration and research on this company. Please Help!

      I started a patient care technician program in January 2021 at emergency training center. The program was $1700 and I paid in full by February 23 2021. The instructor ****** keeps telling me to prove I paid in full for the third time because that office lost my receipts even though I sent the email proving I paid two times. Theyre not allowing me into the class when I get to the office to finish my training over a year now! They also deleted my class online so i cant study. I keep calling the office and get the run around from the office and the main instructor ****** for months now. They have my $1700 but keep telling me to prove I paid and not allowing me in class to study. I ask for a refund and they said its a no refund policy but giving me a hard time on purpose because theyre mean in class when I was attending.
