      I am a VERY, VERY Satisfied Customer of ******************** would have rated 10 stars if given the option. BIG 5 stars from me.This company is extremely professional with providing and delivering exceptional service from start to finish. Meet *******, who answers calls immediately and responds promptly. ******* was and still is exceptionally kind, courteous, patient and very professional in providing information regarding the company she works for. I knew nothing about Impress Moving; however after speaking to numerous companies, ******* was very thorough and detailed regarding services their company could and would provide regarding my relocation needs for July, 2022. The website is also user friendly. The entire staff (*******,Manager and the gentleman that called four days prior to pickup date for a video of my final inventory which confirmed the final cost due, again was excellent. The gentleman also explained delivery would be within a reasonable range of my requested date of July 28,2022. *********************** and his team were on time for pickup, explaining everything regarding their process of wrapping and loading my furniture. They even assisted with reinforcing just a few boxes with their tape to ensure solid protection of my items. They were very professional and fast which allowed me to clean and leave my apartment earlier than expected. **** also explained the delivery professional would be a different team. Impress kept in touch with me as I drove from *********** to ********, which took a couple of days. ******* delivered my furniture on July 28th (my requested date) . ******* was by himself; however he unloaded the boxes and reassembled my furniture in a timely and very professional manner. ******* asked if I was satisfied with everything before leaving. Impress Moving & Storage exceeded above and beyond all of my expectations. I will use them again and has shared with others regarding my experience. Thank You *******************************

      Let me just say like many people i weighed my pros and cons i read all the reviews I took my time with finding out the best company. I picked impress cause they had the cheapest price and lets say you get what you pay for. That literally is true with everything. From the beginning when they came to pick up my things I was told my headboard was not on inventory, nor the type of bed I had which is a storage bed was not on inventory. So i had to pay extra. Which annoyed me because when I called to do the inventory no one asked me if i Had a head board only ask does it have a box spring. Unlike other companys they dont do ******** to see what they will be moving . Which moving forward they should so people are not paying more for mistakes thats not on us. & let me tell you it was not cheap. I was also told they would do the mattress covering to my knowledge I thought it would be with a proper cover NO they used dirty old blankets which marked up my new mattress. I mean its black markings all on the side of my mattress! Terrible !! They charge ****** for a mattress bag and if I would of known that beforehand when I had asked about it I would of ordered one from amazon myself.Let me also warn you all you will not get a receipt when you hand in money or money order or anything. There was a situation about money and oddly enough people on their end had a receipt and I did not. What I thought was a receipt was a updated binding price and a updated inventory list. Even at drop off this move was near ******** and still NO receipt! I had to take a picture of a document and thats supposedly sufficient as a receipt ! I never heard of such things with a moving company ever ! No professionalism. They had a mechanical delay that cost me time off from my job so delayed 2 days then when they arrived to set up my bed they left the job undone promised me they were going to get a tool, never returned and came back 2 days later to complete the job! Avoid at all cost

      We took the time to review your BBB review including all the documents and co- responses by e-mail, as well as your contract. We’ve spoke to the movers involved for a better understanding of your claim. We truly sorry to hear that you are feeling like that, customer service is very important to us, and customer satisfaction is our number one goal! After cheerfully checking your contract I can see that your price did increased because you had decided to take additional items, not just the head & foot boards, and that you’ve had the movers provide some additional packing & materials at the last minute on location. Impress Moving in fact offering both On Site Estimates & Virtual Visual Estimates (Video Call), all representatives offers them, as well as all our e-mails! By signing your move reservation you’ve Waved your right for a visual estimate. We provide complementary Moving Blankets & tapes to all our customers. Customers have the option to purchase extra materials for extra protection of their belongings. If you’ve choose to have your Mattresses and/or Box Springs covers, our Universal Mattress Queen/King Boxes sell for $35.00 each including the packing service & materials (NOT $200). As a general rule; its always more economical to buy the materials ahead of time and Self-pack everything rather than pay for someone else to do it for you.. We did provide you with a copy of the contract upon pick up, after the 1st payment was submitted. We had provided you with another copy of the ‘Bill of lading’ upon delivery, after the balance was paid. Should you require any additional copies and or an Invoice showing the expenses of your move for your records, please contact our office and we will be happy to provide them to you. Also, On the day of the pick up our office e-mailed you a REVISED WRITTEN BINDING ESTIMATE, to confirm the updated total price, deposit amount paid, the amount collected that day & the remaining balance upon delivery. You had replied to the e-mail stating that you ‘CONFIRM’. Impress Moving had delivered all you’re belonging successfully and on time! However, due to the poor conditions of the screws; the mover was unable to reassemble your Bed. As you know; the movers had made all effort to put the bed together that day, however the screws were warren off and the holes were too wide. Unfortunately, you had failed to mentioned that the company representative did stay in touch with you & made sure to send a new crew the following day with NEW SCREWS and they basically had did the work of a Carpenter in order to put your bed back together for you. We had in fact spoke with you after everything was completed to make sure everything was done to your satisfaction. Again you had confirmed everything was fine & thanked us.       Lets be honest here when i called to set up the reservation i was never offered video chat or anything to view my room so thats not on me thats on your company ! As a company take responsibility and say sorry for the lack of professionalism. Also your claiming you bought the bolts and tools needed for the bed when I went to ********** myself and you claiming you sent someone over the next day a ********* ? You guys sent over the same man who told me two days before he couldnt do it , i didnt write before that he told my mom the company was responsible for buying me a new bed because the bolts and screws were bad & that he didnt know if he can do the job. So just stop it with the lies seriously. Like I said when choosing a company you get what you pay for and ****** learned .

      Impress Moving & Storage is absolutely a moving scam company!!!I contacted Impress Moving & Storage a few weeks ago for my interstate moving. Their sales representative *************************** first took my inventory list and offered me a binding estimate in email for $1,500 for my move. A week later, *************************** and Impress Moving changed their so-called "Binding Price" from $1,500 to $1,805 with NO business integrity at all. Even with the increased price, as I moved forward with the moving reservation with Impress Moving & Storage, *************************** all the sudden changed my inventory list with reduced items without agreement with me at all. They put a trap in order to even charge me extra cost during the loading day. There was ZERO business integrity by this moving company. It is terrible and you should definitely stay away from Impress Moving & Storage.

      Mr. *********** had received a quote from one of our agents over the phone. Later that week, after several conversations back & forward between the customer to our agent, where customer had requested the agent to change inventory list several times, we had suggested a Virtual consultation with one of our expert estimator. The agent sent updated proposal after Virtual estimate was completed. Customer didnt like price change and the correction of the inventory list and said he will continue to shop around. Few days later he called back wanted to book service, however, he expressed how he was already so unhappy with our company, and that he will write a Bad review, and a complaint in BBB, DOT, General attorney, etc. We had suggested him to look for a different provider as he was already so unhappy with our service, before he pays any deposit or sign an agreement.Our record shows that Mr. *********** DID NOT use Impress Moving & Storage services for his move. ******** is responsible for his choices and should discuss the price increase with the company who provided him with the service under contract.

      Impress Moving & Storage is lying!!!! Their agent *************************** changed my inventory list right before I was about to sign the moving contract with the business. It was not tolerable for this kind of business cheating and fraud, which caused my significant financial loss due to the last minute moving cost increase (more than doubled). Again, it was caused by Impress Moving & Storage.I request Impress Moving & Storage to compensate me $300 for their business cheating on me and my financial loss caused by Impress Moving & Storage.
