      **Scammers!** This business is a complete scam. I hired them for a move, and they insisted on ***** payments to avoid disputes. I paid half on ***** and half on a credit card. They didn't complete my move and subcontracted it to another company without my consent and who did a terrible job! The movers showed up late, unprepared, and possibly under the influence. Items were broken, destroyed, and even thrown into trash bags instead of neatly packed into boxes. They forged my signature at the end of the move! When I reached out to the owner via email, he was rude. I disputed the credit card charge and got a partial refund, but the ***** payment was lost. A month later, I found a $1,000 unauthorized charge from them! They are forging signatures and making fraudulent charges with your card info if you dispute or complain. Avoid this business at all costs! Luckily my bank is blocking them and Ill be reporting them to the authorities and everyone I can.

      The movers were very nice and did a good job the Boss is a ***...he tried to charge me double the price the morning of my move. Cause he took down the information when i booked it wrong...

      This business tried to overcharged me an additional ***** dollars on the day of the move after paying them 4500 dollars as the final amount. Dumbo Moving Storage is the moving company that came in to try to move us. Dumbo is affiliated with Rabbit. *** from Dumbo Moving Storage had stated that he would refund me $1703.05 in text message and that all I would have to do is confirm the refund. And when I contacted them about the status of the refund, they had no knowledge of the reference number or my phone number.

      ***When speaking to the **** *****************************, please make sure you record the conversation on your end for your protection and safety! Additionally, make sure everything is agreed to on email and in writing. ******* will take advantage of any wiggle room he can to lie on any verbal agreements made by phone.***My husband booked the largest truck available, and they arrived with a smaller truck. Not a huge issue, one that could easily be resolved by just discussing with the booking team or management. This could not be farther from what transpired.My husband received a call from ***************************** the *** that really made this experience a nightmare. The unprofessionalism and disrespect we encountered when he called, and we tried to explain, was truly unbelievable. Not only did he refuse to address the mistake, but he also had the audacity to curse out my husband over the phone. I can't believe a company *** would treat their customers so poorly. I strongly advise anyone to steer clear of this moving company for their services or even to work here. The *** is untrustworthy, rude, and clearly lacks any sense of customer service. If you do have to deal with him, make sure to record your conversation for your own safety. This man is unhinged and most likely mentally ill. By looking at some of the other reviews here, youll see that anytime someone has to deal with management, it results in a poor review due to ******** insane responses (and his replies to these reviews here as well). ******* if you are reading this, I hope you seek the anger management you desperately need. It was my mistake to recommend Rabbit to my husband, thus I take responsibility to write this on our behalf.It seems like there was a change in mgmt since I had last used the company a few years ago which is a shame. I hope the amazing movers here find a better company to work for fast, as this company is in deep trouble under ******** lack of leadership.

      Yet another bad review for this company. They came to bring some furniture to someone where I live and parked in someone's spot in the garage. That person had just arrived and they had to move. I informed both workers where to park just a few feet away for deliveries and they totally ignored me and parked in someone else's spot. Called me a nosey neighbor. and all kind of beautiful curse words. One of them had the nerve to state I was bothering him because he was "black". Could you believe it. Not the fact that he was wrong but all he had is to use the "race card". Unbelievable!!!! This had nothing at all to do with race. Very disrespectful crew and when I called the main office, guess what ***************************** (not sure if that was his name) called me, yes, a nosey neighbor! It seems this company is unprofessional from the top! They actually left the furniture in the garage and refused to bring it to the apartment. If I could leave a negative STAR I would. But unfortunately, this application doesn't allow you to move forward without leaving a star. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

      We've used Rabbit Movers for two prior moves over the years (2014 / 2019) and have referred them to family and friends for countless additional services during that time. We've always had top notch experiences with the company, up until an absolutely atrocious experience that we had during our latest move in December 2022. Since then, we've used the company MOVERS NOT SHAKERS, and HIGHLY HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend their services over Rabbit Movers. Please see below for the experience that chased us away from Rabbit Movers. - The moving crew showed up on time, were respectful at the outset, and the day started off well, but throughout the day they became wreckless and sloppy. - Upon arriving at our new location, the movers were surprised to see that location was a walk up and were visibly irritated / upset given poor communication from front of house. The moving crew responded by ******* the truck unpacking process at the new site and were roughly and hastily managing all of our belongings. - This resulted in a number of our belongings getting damaged on the way up (artwork / bathroom supplies / furniture damages / etc.). After the move, we attempted to work with ****** and the front office to find a solution for the extensive damages. At one point during a follow up call after the move, I was told by someone in the front office (***** I think) to 'stop ******** and just submit the claim email since the damage had already been done.' They autoforwarded us to a separate email that dealt with claim issues, provided no condolences for the horrendous experience, and offered a cash repayment slightly above the 60 cents / pound covered under insurance but well below the damages caused by the moving team who did not fulfill their pack responsibilities appropriately. This was an overall terrible experience and I would recommend any prospective customer steer clear of this company ********************** forward (again - MOVERS NOT SHAKERS is the way to go!)

      Please note that I contacted the company to follow up on their suggested plan of action and they provided no follow through with the measures identified in the above. This seems to be a response to appease this forum only rather than one to make right with an absolutely horrible customer experience.

      Ho boy, completely avoid these people... I used them twice prior to Covid and they clearly have had a change in management. We scheduled a move and ordered one of their packing options advertised as including 19 boxes, a roll of tape, and a roll of packing paper. When the package arrived, it was only boxes. I reached out to confirm if they could bring the other items and they refused and told me the paper and tape were not included. I mentioned that was fine, but we should pay a reduced price because we did not receive what was advertised. This set off a flurry of emails where ultimately I received an email from the "CEO" who said "We can cancel the move. That solve this asap… " So I cancelled, and they refused to refund my deposit because I "had items that belonged to them." Of course I offered to have the cost of the boxes subtracted from my deposit, but the refused this as well. I have never received such horrible customer service and have never been treated this way. Moving is stressful enough, I don't need to be berated and denied my money back. It's at the point where I am afraid to post a bad review on ****** because they have my address(es).

      I moved July 2nd 2022. I paid them over $1000.00 the original crew did not show up they sent someone 2 hrs late. I had put in an email to drop my sofa off at a certain location sofa only well they also dropped my coffee table off there I am now without my table. They refused to get it back. ******* is a total sleaze there. I am very disappointed I work very hard and do not care to be conned. Please step in and do something about the theft of my table
