              I purchased a mail folding and inserting machine from them online for nearly $5,000. It has now been nearly a year and I have still not received my equipment. **** in ******** talks smoothly on the phone but does absolutely nothing. I got nothing but a runaround. I have called and emailed several times, trying to get my machine or my money back. They said the manufacturer refuses to send me the machine because there are no techs in my area, which, even if true, doesn't make any sense and wasn't included in the order process. I had to sign paperwork saying I accepted responsibility for the machine. This is completely unacceptable.

              Please stay far away from this company. The owner is a complete scammer. He has been in trouble multiple times throughout his life for scamming people and companies. We ordered machinery weeks ago and the company/ individual has gone completely silent. We received a phone call after the order was placed and that was the last time we ever heard from someone. We're at over a 10k loss for this. If the owner thinks I'm dropping this, he has another thing coming for him. I have been in touch with multiple government agencies to make sure this scammer is put where he belongs.
