I had been doing business with this company since ******************************************** April of 2022 Corro removed $198.29 from my bank account but my order was not shipped and the status of the order was listed as "unfulfilled" on my account page.In May I started contacting this company via their customer service email inquiring about my order because there was no response by phone. After they failed to ever fulfill my order but had already removed the payment from my bank I asked them to cancel my autoship order and refund my money. My order was finally canceled on June 29th, 2 months after the initial contact and coincidentally on the same day they would have been notified I had filed a charge dispute with my bank. To date my money has never been refunded. Corros response was to type "refunded" on that order status and email a screenshot to me along with a note apologizing for the delay. After notifying them that the refund was not received several days after they claim to have processed it they proceeded to blame my "card" for the refund not showing up. I have provided them with actual bank statements showing my account information and the payments they withdrew from that account for that order which is the same account they have used for 2 years along with the statement showing the obvious lack of them returning any payment they claim to have refunded on or near the date they claimed to have processed the refund. They cannot even tell me what account they supposedly refunded the money to but according to my bank there was never any attempt, failed or otherwise for them to issue a credit to my account. So they apparently consider typing "Refunded" on an order print out and emailing you a screenshot of the page proof they have returned your funds. This dispute has been going on for 4 months and at this time they still have not returned the money to my account and no longer respond to any contact attempts.Customer response

I ordered a product from them, a pair of Equifit horse boots. They were the wrong size, but they did not have the correct size in stock so I returned them for store credit/gift card. The company appears to be failing and is not responding to any form of communication. I have been trying to get in touch with this company for weeks regarding the store credit. The phone line appears to not be working, they are not responding to emails or messages. Im sure there are others in the same situation.Business response

Hi,
We are not going out of business. We had to pause shipping new orders until we move warehouses and relaunch our website. We have tried to communicate this with our customers to the best of our ability, but we can't reopen our store until those items take place. The customer seems to have asked for her refund in a gift card format, which we provided her with. I understand the inconvenience of not being able to use it at the moment, but I can assure you, we will honor her gift card as soon as we relaunch our new website and have our new fulfillment center up and running.

Placed order with Corro on 4/25/22, a company have ordered from numerous times with no problems. They have not shipped order or refunded money for order # ******. On April 17th, 2022, I purchased $129.30 worth of horse medical supplies. I contacted Corro on May 10th to ascertain the status of my order. I was informed that it would be shipped out the next day. It was not. I contacted Corro again on May 18th and was told it still had not shipped and would be done so the next day. After it still did not ship, and the status of my order remains unfulfilled, I asked for a refund on May 19th and received no response. I asked again in the 24th of May and still have not received a response. At this point, I believe that the company has no intention of refunding my money.Customer response

I placed an order for $55.34 from Corro on April 28, 2022, which posted to my bank on April 29, 2022. I have not received my order and it has not been sent out either. I have contacted them numerous times and have only received one response. However, still nothing has been done. I have also attached pictures of reviews posted on ******** where others have expressed the same issues. I have contacted my bank in hopes to get a refund but I also wanted to report this to the BBB for assistance and to ensure others do not experience this in the furture.Business response

Hi,
We tried to refund this customer, however the customer issued a chargeback with their credit card company. As a result, our refund was rejected as the chargeback refunds the customer directly, and we assume the fine from the chargeback. We are a small team working as quickly as possible to help every customer with their needs.

The following is information regarding this complaint being filed on 05/23/2022 regarding the ecommerce company known as Corroshop online.-Date of transaction: 05/03/2022 -Amount of transaction: $205.18 -Item(s) to be provided: 2 speed detachable blade ************* Tea Tree -Shampoo -Nature of dispute: Once the order was placed and I had waited the typical amount of time to hear back I attempted to contact the company for an update. Their website suggests they are moving their warehouse, their phones are not working, and no email request for information has been responded to.-Resolution attempts from the company are non-existent, they do not make any contact whatsoever regarding this order.-The order number is #******, there is no tracking number as nothing has been shipped.After I was experience difficulties I went on social media and found that has been going on for a while and there are a lot of people experiencing the same problem. I did not think to do that first because I had a previous good experience with this company.Business response

Thank you for reaching out. We are experiencing some technical difficulties with our warehouse, which has been communicated to our customers who are expecting orders. We've also communicated to those same customers that we will be issuing refunds for every order once we realized the warehouse issues would prevent us from getting the orders out in a timely manner. We are in the process of refunding every order one by one, however we are a small team and this requires a lot of time and effort to get everything completed. Please see attached for a screenshot that confirms the customer's order has been refunded.
