I bought these pillow covers. I reached out right when they were delivered because I ordered two sets and one came damaged and the other didnt arrive. Then I was told there was nothing they could do and they stated they didnt believe me even though I provided pictures of the stained item. A few days later, my neighbor had let me know they accidentally grabbed the package of the other pillow covers so I reached back out to let them know I actually did receive the ones I originally stated were missing but would still like a refund for my ones that were stained. They again told me I could return them. So I did and they stated there was dog hair on them. I didnt once use the pillow covers and when I took them to the carrier to be returned, I didnt have a box, meaning the carrier put them in a used box they already had. I cannot control that there was dog hair in the box they put them in. I then let them know that wasnt my fault and I still wanted my refund because they were expensive. They told me there was nothing they could do and sent them back to me. So now, I paid for a stained item, but also one with dog hair on it that wasnt my doing. I want a full refund to my original payment method, and no one else should ever order from them. They are rude, wont call you back to be helpful, and could careless about refunding you.
