I am writing to express my frustration and disappointment regarding the repeated suspension of my Etsy shop. As an active seller on the platform, I have encountered multiple instances where my shop was erroneously suspended without proper cause or explanation.Despite adhering to Etsy's policies, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a positive track record, my shop has faced unwarranted suspensions. These suspensions disrupt my business operations, impact my income, and cause unnecessary stress.I kindly request that the Better Business Bureau investigate this matter and address the recurring issues with Etsy's suspension process. I am writing to address the recent suspension of my Etsy account. I understand that my account was flagged because it was believed that my products are not handmade. However, I assure you that all of my products are indeed handcrafted by me with great care and attention to detail.I kindly request a review of my account and the reinstatement of my shop. Zero Stars. Etsy has locked me out of my account. I have sent several emails. All of which have been ignored. I have sellers that i have purchased things from, trying to contact me about my orders and i can't even respond because i cannot sign in. Worst customer service i have ever experienced. All of a sudden having problems accessing my seller account. Login and password do not work. I get the access code and then it tells me there is an error. Tried multiple browsers and diferent devices. No luck. Go to the help/support and it tells you to contact customer support. You click the button it brings you to the login screen. Tried to login, get the same error. There is no chat or phone number to contact anyone. All help does is bring you in a full cirlce to the login screen. This commpany is managed by monkees and that is an insult to monkees. There is no email to get their attention for support. There is no chat box to beg for service. There is only log in to your account for help. I can't login to my account so how can I get help.I have no emails from ETSY telling me my account is suspended or there is a problem. I changed my password several times. There no error messages telling me the site is having problems. Completely USELESS!! Whoever is emailing me because they want to buy something, Sorry can't access my account . Thank you **********************!!!Review from Nate R

Etsy stole from me. If I could give them less than one star, I would. I had an ETSY store for less than 2 weeks. I paid $15 to begin my store, and before I could make my first sale, Etsy suspended my account. After filing an appeal, their first email to me was that I was in violation of their policy, that they would not tell me what policy I had violated, and any attempt to create another store from the same IP address would be rejected. I called customer support over and over again. I emailed. I did everything I could to inform them that I was not a scammer and that I would like the opportunity to correct any issues and understand how I had violated policy. None of that mattered. One customer support person told me one possible violation was about a mockup for a t-shirt I used, which was a true representation of the actual t-shirt I was using that was purchased from THEIR PLATFORM. But even after telling them that I would remove that mockup, they never allowed me to reopen. What legitimate business suspends you, won't tell you why you were suspended, and won't allow you the chance to fix a mistake? If you are thinking about becoming an ETSY seller, DON'T. You have no guarantee that they won't shut you down with zero explanation, just like they did me.Review from Jacquelyn C

Etsy doesnt allow you to contact them about anything! I have been trying for hours with no luck! There is no phone number, nor is there an email address! Ive spent years shopping on this site, and this is what they consider good customer service? I got duped by a seller and they said theyre refunding me. A gift is ruined. A gift that was needed for Fathers Day on Sunday. I still didnt receive the refund. I want to talk to someone!! How can you not talk to your customers??!!! This is irresponsible!!!Review from Gayla K

In March I was suspended for no reason. I have appealed several times. They never gave me a reason for the suspension. There is no way to contact them on the website, email or phone. I contacted them on social media and did not receive any help there either. There is no way to speak to a human. They are running their business with the ** robots now.Review from serkan c

Hello. I opened my Etsy account on June 6. I paid the opening fee and 36 hours later my account was suspended for no reason. I had uploaded two products. I know the products were uploaded in a hurry, but I wanted to update them. I did identity and bank verification. I believe this account was suspended by bots because there is no reason for my suspension. I've been working for months on this store. And my account was closed right after it was opened. Would give zero stars if I could. I ordered a blazer. Simply a jacket from a seller through Etsy and I have done everything I could to receive a refund back and Im getting nowhere with these people. *** even disputed with my bank and cant even get my money back through them so now here I am.Review from Lisa A

Etsy Support did not help me at all after a seller sent me a terribly sewn curtain panel, promised to replace it, and then promptly closed their shop. Support offered me a $15 gift card (I paid at least $100) for the curtain panel) and refused to do anything further because the shop had closed. What stops any of the shops from doing this on Etsy? I'll never shop there again. Way too risky to the buyer!
