      I made a purchase on 7/ 16/23. The item did not fit. I emailed them and asked if i can return the item for a bigger size and they said I can. So I mailed the item back and never got a larger size or a refund. I have emailed them numerous times and never back from them. They also do not have a phone number listed for the storefront.

      Her order has been refunded on December 26, 2023 for the item purchased. To protect our small business, we do not refund the shipping fee or the return label cost.

      On September 2, 2023 I placed an order for 3 items one of which was supposed to be a free bonus item based on the amount I spent on my order. September 16th I received a random email from the company stating they were behind on shipping and werr doing their best to get my order processed and shipped. Two weeks later when I still had not gotten my merchandise or any further updates, I emailed them requesting an update or a refund.**** emailed me back apologizing, appreciating my patience and offering a link to switch my order to something else from their best seller list but no refund. When I declined stating I wanted what I ordered I got no further response from them.I have since emailed at least another 3 times( as there is no other way to contact this company) with no response at all after threatning to report and *** them. It has been almost three months since I was ripped off and this is not okay. This company needs to be shut down and I deserve a full refund. Here's hoping someone else can get what I could not.       I ordered merchandise from Posh Shoppe that was never received I have contacted the store via email asking for tracking information so I can research the delivery of the package with no response. The package was suppose to ship in 3-5 days and took almost a month and it was never delivered

      I Placed an order on 09/10/23. I was told it was a preorder and would take 4-6 weeks .Fine. I paid $158 for the Suit. Once the 6wks passed I emailed them every week to get a shipping number or response and NOTHING..they dont answer emails and there is no phone number to call..Its now over 10 weeks and I still have no suit and still no communication Order # ***********.

      At this time, I have not been contacted by Posh Shoppe regarding complaint ID ********.. The item needs to be returned and they  have not responded to several emails
